Hilton Vacation Club Riviera Beach & Shores

The room was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can say is the bathtub was very narrow….if they moved the shampoo bottles to the back of the shower, there would be more room.

Excellent location right by the beach. There is no restaurant nor a coffee bar. The hotel rooms are slightly dated, especially the bathrooms. It was a ok for an overnight stay. (They will try to offer you a timeshare:)

Out room was super nice being more than we needed but we didn’t invite our kids to their parents only weekend although we could have and they would have been able to join comfortably except for the one bathroom in the master suite. The bathroom wasn’t big enough for just us in that we could close the door without running into either the toilet or the sink. So we are glad we didn’t have the kids even though it had a twin size chaise sleeper and a pullout queen sofa bed. The musty smell was evident at the get go and didn’t go away. But it served our purposes of a one night beachfront stay at a clean resort type hotel. Xx

Location is awesome. Room is nice & big. Beds were comfy. Check in was quick. Nice store on site with great gifts, food & drinks. Staff were nice & polite. lots of noise from unit above, maybe thin floors/ceilings. They grab you right away to sign you up for a time share presentation. I booked the room through Booking.com so they wouldn't give me Hilton points.

This is an incredible finds as it is on the sand at the beach - almost. Yes, it us across the street abd there is some road noise (great insulated windows and A/C) the views and waves sounds just amazing.

The location was great. There were a lot of amenities and their little store had everything we needed. The trolley was nearby. Most staff very friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady wouldn’t talk to me when I tried to ask a question about where the elevator was when I first got there and later, I asked another question. Both times and different cleaning staff responded no speak English. He also gave me a funny look so I don’t know if they were lying or not. That was kind of annoying. They didn’t even attempt to get someone that spoke English to communicate with me.

Nothing They canceled my reservation that I had through booking.com and left us stranded.

All the amenities were just wonderful, we ran out of time renting the bikes but again still nice. Every employee we talked to was just over the top wonderful and nice, sadly it’s rare to experience this it seems like these days. We loved the convenient beaches, shopping and restaurants all just minutes from this hotel. We all had a wonderful time!

Room wasn’t great, very uncomfortable bed, sink was backed up, shower curtain rod was broken. The property felt run down and the walls are very thin so you heard everything. Would never stay again.
