The coastal house was extremely beautiful and you could tell that detail was put in to creating a lovely environment for guests. It's close to the beach and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a free pastry breakfast included. The original listing said that you had to pay for breakfast, but it was free when we got there. We had a beautiful patio with a an outdoor fireplace and an outdoor sunbathing area. The property is well maintained with beautiful flowers fire pits, and water fountains. The products in the bath room for guests to use were high-end quality (shampoos, lotions, and soaps). There was a really cute record player in the room with records, which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again. I like the area because the beach was more laid-back and less touristy but still close to Laguna Beach and Dana point There was a free trolley that picked people up next to the beach entrance across the street from the coast house which provided free rods all through Dana Point.

Terrible, the bed creaked whole night noisy rooms. Could not get any sleep

Was never contacted beforehand and got a message from the property when I arrived that my reservation was cancelled. It was extremely frustrating because I’m pretty sure they gave my reservation away because they said they were double-booked.

Great stay! Everything went smoothly and the property was beautiful. The staff was great and Robert delivered some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Highly recommended!

This hotel was a great find! Right across the street from the beach! The property is really cute. The rooms are small, but the bed was so comfortable. We had a great long weekend here!

Dirty dishes were left in the room. The lamp was broken and I reported it. I wanted my campfire lit but nobody was at the desk to help and I waited over 15 minutes and nobody ever showed up. The room was very tight so moving around was very difficult. I like the bed and breakfast feel but it lacks service from the staff.

We decided to head to the coast, and we found the Capistrano Coast House. I tell you what, I absolutely loved it as soon as I walked into the lobby area. The folks at the front desk were very nice. I loved the atmosphere and the decor. We were brought up to our room, which was very nice, and as soon as we walked in, we both just fell in love with it. The Spanish decor is just beautiful. I wish we could just live there lol. Very clean. The beds were super comfortable and were very picky, and of course always a great view of the ocean. Loved it. Highly recommend you check it out.

The property was beautiful but the bar is not yet licensed, there are more rooms than available parking and we had requested housekeeping for the second day of our three day trip and it was never done. Also the frame they built around the tv keeps the remote from working unless it is held directly to the screen

we liked the old vintage look.

Cute place to stay adjacent to the beach. Room was clean and cozy, patio was lovely and quite romantic. Aldo has amazing customer service skills that really enhanced our stay. I would stay again and would recommend to other couples looking for a sweet getaway.

What a beautiful place to stay! The details are adorable in the room, around the hotel, and products used in room. Such a great getaway and to hear the ocean - wow! The staff - especially Aldo was such a kind and helpful person - made you feel cared for!

We stayed in the Hacienda Suite, AMAZING. The private patio and ocean views were just what we hoped for. One staff member went above and beyond and was just incredible, Aldo helped make our trip the best it could possibly be. The few hiccups we encountered he attended to quickly and with care. Also, Amazing Bathroom, and great furnishing/decorating to make it a unique spot to stay.

Great place to relax outside. The king size bed fills most of the small room, but they make the most of the space they can. You just don't care because of the wonderful porch in the front of the room. It sits across the street from the ocean and has an outdoor fire. Just a cozy place to sit and be outside semi privately.

We really enjoyed our stay. Chiminea in the evening and coffee in the morning. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our room was small but because of the patio it made it great! We will be back.

Amazing location and comfortable rooms

Additionally during our two night stay the room was never cleaned and basically no amenities. Finally, tiny rooms.
