Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs Area

Will stay here again when next in Orlando! The staff is super friendly from front desk to bartenders to the buffet workers. The pool is amazing. Love having pool bar service too! Definite plus. The nightly food and happy hour is an added benefit and the breakfast too. All of this and no resort fee. Can’t beat the value.

Perfect hotel if you are going to Disney parks with family. Perfect location.

Food was great, room stay was great. All the amenities are excellent and so family friendly.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was really spacious with plenty of storage. Having breakfast and the daily kickback was very convenient. It was only a short walk to Disney Springs. If we were to stay here again, I would drive to the parks instead of using the shuttle. We experienced a very long wait for a bus back to the hotel and an overcrowded/overwhelmed driver. Aside from the transportation, this was a great option

Staff was incredibly helpful with every question asked. Hotel was very clean and well organized and offered a free shuttle to surrounding parks and Disney Springs. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

What an amazing resort! Have been there twice now and each time it was magical! You can’t beat watching the fireworks from the balcony! The breakfast was nice and filling, even if it was a little busy, and the bus staff was perfection. Shoutout to my fav driver Luis! The front desk staff also absolutely killed it, Valencia being my complete star as was Ozzie who helped daily with getting the ECV from the back room. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the laundry room. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the Disney Magic without the ridiculous price tag!

The Assistant GM, young tall man was great trying to find us a room. There is a huge problem at this hotel. Room 1, was 926, immediately smelled marijuana. Room 2 was 1226, worse the balcony smell of weed would knock you down. Had to leave room and I have a 7 year old. Me and my wife felt sick. Front desk, Assistant GM told us he was sending house keeping to check Room 3, 826. They said it was worse. He asked what he could do, I said, I would take a queen room but can have that smell. After waiting in the lobby another 30 minutes he found us a room. Room 4 was room 832. It was fine, but I still smelled marijuana faintly on the balcony twice during our five day stay. But we were taking our sone to dust for the first time. After looking online there are so many comments about this smell. They have a strict smoking policy it says online. Guessing Cooperate doesn’t care they are loosing around $2000 a day from this one hotel in Disney Springs. All room that end in 26 on the Palms side is gonna be a no book unless they smoke marijuana. They said they marked the rooms out of order. The breakfast was really good, so was the kickback dinner and the 3 drinks per day. The Assistant GM kept leaving bags on our door via house keeping with snacks. He was upset about it, I could see it in his eyes. Perhaps Drury if you are loosing over 700k per year from this one hotel you should fire the GM and put this guy in charge. He would fix it, because it genuinely bothered him.

There’s a saltwater pool and jacuzzi—- we couldn’t get our little to get out of! She rather play in the pool than go to the Disney parks!! We will be back!!

The hotel attracted guests by offering free meals . Going into that restaurant was not appealing for me .

We love this hotel so much! You get so much for your money: free breakfast and dinner (“kickback time”), free adult drinks, wonderful accommodations, and amazing pool and hot tub! Very walkable to Disney Springs!!

We stayed at Drury last year and my kids loved it so much that when I told them we were going back to Orlando this year and were staying at a different property, they were upset! I canceled the other property and rebooked Drury - so happy we did! You can’t go wrong with hot breakfast buffet, evening kickbacks, 3 adult beverages daily, popcorn, unlimited soda, walking distance to Disney Springs, close access to all the other parks and the shuttle service was great also. The restaurant/bar on the main level has great service, amazing hot lava and cookie sundaes (half price 530-730, too!) and we loved their fish tacos!! Pizza Hut express was convenient for late night snack for the kids. Easy to navigate the property. Will be staying again and again!
