Hotel management did not cRe my concerns. It is supposed to be nonsmoking rooms, people were smoking in front of my room and it impacted my health the very first day. I do not recommend that hotel

It was fine. The bathroom really needs updating. I also wish the resort fee had been mentioned earlier. I didn't realize until after I checked it.

Waterpark was closed and we weren't allowed to use the pool

This hotel need a lot of work on their rooms. The TV is locked and only 3 channels to view in Spanish and English is my language. My room was entered twice because my key card given to other guest as their check in room. Shower heads needs replacing. free coffee in the lobby.
