Great pool. Kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

This was a good bang for your buck! No complaints on the hotel itself. Parking later at night becomes a little tricky, the parking filled up rather quickly. Only complaint was that the staff that checked me in didn't give me any additional info like the fact that u can use the sister hotel's pool(Caribe Royal) i only knew due to prior research. I had to mention it and then she gave me bands for the other property. I was also supposed to recieved 20% discount on food. I had to go up to the front desk the next day to ask about it and then I was given a discount card. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Bedroom was super spacious. We had a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa. There was a door leading into the king bed from the location of the living room which was nice for extra privacy. The shower was spacious as well with a rain shower shower head AND a hand held shower head as well. 2 TVs, one in living room for those sleeping on the pull out sofa bed and one in the main bedroom. The service was wonderful at breakfast, happy hour and the house keeping. At breakfast, my husband was helping our kids get pancakes so the waiter went and fixed him a plate of food from the buffet choices. Really didn't have to do that but it was very thoughtful. Pizza shop on site was great for a late order when the kids were hungry from a long day at the park. It was nice that we didn't have to drive anywhere and could go down to the lobby pizza dine out window. Housekeeping was great as well. They organized our toiletries nicely on the counter and wrapped our phone charging cords while we were out. Just little things they did that we've never experienced and thought it was nice of them to do. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

I’m the type that likes to clean my room once I get in it, and I must admit that the Clorox wipes were clean which tells me they actually clean. The breakfast was nice. The mattress was uncomfortable but not unbearable.

Amazing experience in this hotel, next time I want stay here in this hotel.

Front desk staff. room size. location if you want to go to disney sink was outside the restroom. the cleaning of floor wasnt done much efficiently.

Amazing suites, linen was changed everyday and staff was friendly/very helpful.

Overall is great.

I expected more based on previous reviews. The beds are uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok. The onsite restaurant was closed during my entire stay. The front desk manager loves to argue with females. Won’t be staying here again.

Room size was good. Two double beds in room plus space/sofa section Access to the hotel next door was included. Breakfast - basic, beige and sugary. Shower was fixed, not moveable, not ideal for hairwashing, but not the end if the world No room service

Everything as expected, kind and nice staff. As a european I would like some vegetables ar the breakfast. There was none for a whole week.
