Buena Vista Suites Orlando

Exceptional

Great location, very clean and fresh smelling and rooms are cleaned daily. Very close to Disney, free parking and basic but good breakfast included. Staff are all excellent, very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is definitely a hidden gem. Suites are lovely but non of the rooms have windows that open or balconies. Rooms at front of hotel are noisy due to busy road junction. Hotel staff though were really helpful in swapping our room.

Good

I am very dissatisfied with our stay. It was extremely cold throughout the entire hotel, as well as in our room, and the heating was completely out of order. It was so freezing that we actually had to sleep in our jackets. As a result, two out of my three children fell ill right after our stay. One of them developed a severe runny nose that turned into a sinus infection with a very high fever. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone, especially families with small children.

Excellent property! We keep going back!

Loved the clean rooms and the wonderful breakfast in the morning. Would absolutely recommend staying here again.

Exceptional

Location Elevator was getting stuck too quick for somebody in a wheelchair, only a few rooms, For Disability, was told ahead of time that I would have two queen beds and was told when I got there they only have one king For Disability. Only one staff member was polite that I spoke with the other one lady was very unfriendly and I believe it means more training.. wasn’t told about the sister Hotel until it was time for us to pack and go. Asked for assistance no one came. Try to order pizza on the phone. They said they were too busy and hung up. Will never come again.

Súper relax and clean!! Wasn’t much to watch on tv other than live tv

Exceptional

Great place to stay has a nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are nice and big and not far from Disney they can shuttle you straight there. This is my second time staying with them won’t be my last.
