Buena Vista Suites Orlando

This was the by far the best hotel I’ve experienced and every reason why I would go back for family vacations. I appreciate Edwardo from maintenance department for always being quick to respond for maintenance requests and being professional.

Our stay was very nice. Check in was very easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a good number of choices. The breakfast staff were very friendly. Parking was never a problem, The one problem that does exist is the access to the main entrance. Having to try and cross three lanes of oncoming traffic is not fun. There is a back way into the property that is much safer but we didn't become aware of it until the next to last day of our stay. The pool is very small compared to the pool at the Caribe Royale which is next door. It rained off and on during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. If you want to enjoy a drink by the pool you have to go next door which isn't the most convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoy our stay just breakfast would be better if there were more food options!

This is a gem of a hotel. We have been to Orlando quite a bit of times but usually for Universal or Disney and we have always stayed on properties so to venture outside of parks hasn't been a thing until now. Our daughter was getting married at Paradise Cove and she recommended staying here. I am so glad we took recommendation. Let me start by giving shout outs to the staff we had personal experiences with that in our opinions went up and beyond and made our stay extra special with their friendliness and professionalism. Tamee, Malta NY was breakfast room (Valencia room) attendant, she was always cheerful and remembered you etc. Came to say good morning etc. daily; and Robert, Orlando FL who was greeter/check in for Valencia room, was super engaging and kept it moving without rushing.. since on Valencia room the breakfast though!! Not only free but superb.. so many options and you can come and go as many times as you want up until it closed give or take 10 ish am. Beverly, Kissimmee FL was front desk and checked us in and checked on us throughout stay.. very pleasurable and patient and did not make us feel awkward when we had questions/concerns. Again much appreciated and VERY recommended! All rooms are suites (hence name lol) so much space and separate rooms made it feel extra spacious and not cramped for the 10 days we called it home. Oh and my hubby said that has to be the smoothest quietest fastest elevator we have ever rode

It's a very good place, a great hotel for vacations with family, and so on. Strongly recommended to other people.

Check-in was easy and free parking was a definite plus. Included breakfast was also a nice bonus. Nothing particularly amazing about breakfast, but decent variety and substantial enough to get you going for the day. The only thing I didn't care for was a distinct smell in the lobby - which I think was insect/bug spray. It was noticeable there on both days, but not in my room. Otherwise everything was great.

They charged me extra $ 57.51 for resort fee.

Our mother and daughter Orlando trip was lessened with our expectant stay at Buena Vista Suites. The pictures they have online are nothing like what you actually get in person. It was not what we expected in terms of quality. First I’ll start off with a good things. Breakfast was included every morning and the staff always brought out fresh food, cleaned tables and smiled asking if everything was good and how our experience was. The poolside adjacent to the breakfast club was also nice to look out at. We gravitated towards the pool after and did some wading and relaxing on the pool long chairs, and enjoyed ourselves this first day the most. On the second day we went to the sister hotel to swim in the resort style pool as well and got our Starbucks fix and got lunch there to relax without having to go back and forth. The price is hard to beat if you are solely there for Disney experience. The cons of this hotel are the hotel rooms themselves- you have to ask the hotel staff to change over your room. Hotel pics on here do not look like anything that the actual room has to offer. The two BR room has a bathroom that is very tight. The showerhead is weak and molded as well as the tub itself. This is for small families and children that are on a budget, not minding motel looking bathrooms, yet desiring to go to Disney on a BUDGET. It is nothing fancy or lavish. The price you pay is what you get. If you’re hungry at nite there is a pizza n wings express restaurant. CVS across street

Our second trip to Orlando and our second stay at this excellent hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are ideal for travellers wanting a bit more space. Lovely big walk in shower too. Highly recommended.

We have a great time, beds are comfortably and the breakfast is good!

We traveled as a couple and enjoyed our stay! The room: Very clean and spacious! The beds were more comfortable than most hotel beds I've ever stayed in. The AC was perfectly cool and not loud. Best of all, it was super quiet in our room! We were facing the road and had a large family staying next door and we heard absolutely nothing. Amenities: Access to the pool next door was amazing--they had complimentary towels, food delivery to your pool chairs, and a well kept pool. We didn't get to try out their pizza restaurant, but their complimentary breakfast was pretty okay, it got the job done. Cons: One elevator was down while we were staying here, which was a bit of an inconvenience in the mornings but we managed. The bus shuttle system is also a bit inconvenient when it comes to planning when to leave the parks. The mornings are fine, but we had to use Uber most of the time to leave the parks as the times would be either 6:45 PM or 10:45 PM/11:45 PM, even if the park closed at 9. It's doable if you plan properly, but don't expect going back and forth frequently as you would at a Disney resort. Overall, everything was great! We would stay here again 100%, and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to visit Disney on a budget.

Sinceramente Me gustó el servicio la limpieza de los cuartos y del hotel como tal, la piscina estaba limpia, las habitaciones limpias los colchones muy cómodos lencería limpias el desayuno muy bueno pero yo solo sugeriría agregar frutas frescas y algo de jamón y queso pero igual estaba bueno !! La ubicación del hotel está cerca de los parques de Disney y tiene cerca un Walmart y otras tiendas y centro comerciales!! Yo me hospedaría de nuevo!! Gracias

Super outdated property, I instantly felt like everything was dirty. Stayed 1 night and couldn't await to leave.

The hotel space and room were all very clean. Staff was very helpful.

The resort was very comfortable and large suites. The only thing for me was the line to breakfast because it is a big resort there is only so much room in the dining room. My suggestion is to leave ample time to have breakfast in the morning.
