Best Western Plus Orlando Lake Buena Vista South Inn & Suites

Breakfast was good. Easy access to Walmart and other businesses. Parking was free. I will definitely stay again

Great

Clean and great location, great breakfast Room had musty smell

Clean

The location is good The room was not clean although we ask them to clean

Muy bueno todo

My family enjoyed the breakfast, which included eggs, sausage, potatoes, muffins, juice, and pancakes. The hotel and room smelled musty, the fridge and freezer were dirty and temp was not cold. The a/c vent were dirty and gave off a musty smell.

Very cozy property. Pool needs to be heated. I was going from hot tub ti pool to keep warm

My stay was good , the staff was great i appreciate the option to check in early ( fee required) but that’s fine , I hate how the shuttle is set up one shuttle a day is pointless! Especially when you’re there for a special event ( Mickeys not so scary Halloween that was going until midnight) the breakfast was appreciated, beds were comfy , walls are thin so I can hear the people next door all night smh but other than that not a bad stay at all

Staff was very pleasant and helpful

Exceptional

I stayed for 7 nights not once was the. Pool cleaned. I left a pillow behind which was either stolen or trashed and they were unwilling to give me back. I would NOT recommend staying. The jacuzzi also was not functioning but after 2 days got fixed. The voice recording says they don’t charge a resort fee but they do.

Well. Consider useless housekeeping. They didn't even make the beds or replace shampoo and soap. USELESS. Then the resort fee says in room coffee maker. Hotel IGNORED my request for a coffee maker. Nothing in my room. Never again here!

Very friendly staff that consistently restocked my towels/coffee station, and welcomed me every time I came back from a long day at the theme parks. It is closest to Epcot if you plan on going to Disney. It’s behind a big building so relatively secluded and quiet.

Staff was helpful. Room smelled like mildew

Passable

Excellent Breakfast

breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful.

The pool area and closer to theme parks/shopping stores What could have been better is the room of not having a bad smell but it was very clean. Good thing I had air freshener and the elevator need work done cause it took a while before it could open to let me and my family out so I had to take the stairs most of time.
