Make sure you take a confirmation email or print out of your booking because they diddnt have us down for the two nights and I had to show them my confirmation as for some reason it wasn't showing up on their system, staff were very helpful and kind and sorted this out. Overall the hotel stay would have been very good for us if only the room diddnt absolutely wreak of damp and mould, for this reason we would not return for our health which is a shame because everything else at the hotel was great.

Issues with toilet

It is an older building and has some musty smells in the room. Comfortable bed and close to all attractions.

Breakfast and value for money The hotel has everything it needs to receive a high rating, however, it fell short in terms of cleanliness. The bathtub was dirty and, even worse, the microwave was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned since its last use. Another important negative point was that the maid came to the room and changed the towels, but didn't make the beds or clean the room.

Perfect location 15 minutes to Downtown Disney. Publix across the street, Ross, Nails salon, Petco. Ice machine on 2nd floor never worked

We found live roaches in the room

The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The staff was very helpful in keeping food on the serving counters.
