The room smelled off, almost like urine. I think it was the carpet in the living room/bedrooms. Other than the smell, the place was great for the price and location.
-
We were only there for 2 nights, but noted how quiet and enjoyable the property was. The rooms and hallways had a clean and fresh smell to everything.
-
Room was clean and well kept. Amenities were plentiful.

From the check in to check out- amazing experience. Will continue booking with Hilton!!!

I DID NOT like that the check in area is in the middle of the buildings with no where to pull up. I had to navigate around, up and down the parking lot to find signs with arrows pointing where to check in at night, in the pouring down rain. No where to pull up much less covered pull up. I had to park in the perimeter parking and walk through the buildings to get to guest check in…. In. The. POURING. DOWN. RAIN. Are we serious??? I was soaked .. Check in was easy enough but 1, they charge $50 “amenity” fees for amenities you can’t use if you’re there for 1 night and 2, they charge/hold a $200 incidentals deposit. So for a 1 night, less than 12 hour overnight stay, I had to pay $362. It doesn’t mention the $200 on Hotels.com so be warned lol it’s still pending in my account 7 days later. Me and another couple checking in asked “$200 for one night??” Yep.. no way around it. It was pouring and dark and I was soaking wet so $200 it was. Would I stay here again? For one night? Absolutely not… for a week? Yes.. beautiful clean property, quiet and the pool and lake were so pretty. Close to Disney and shopping so in those aspects, good. $200 for incidentals is for 1 night or 2 weeks so it makes more sense for a longer stay. And someone really needs to work on that guest services check in accessibility… for handicapped drivers it wouldn’t have been doable!

Only issue I really had was the lack of garbage disposal sites. With 2 adults and 3 kids we filled up the cans pretty fast and you had to carry it to a completely different building just to through it out. Very inconvenient.

Great place. Clean and family oriented.

The condo was spacious, clean and conveniently located. We only stayed for a weekend, while going to Magic Kingdom, but we enjoyed our stay.
