Wonderful resort beautiful rooms

our room was comfortable....couldn't figure out how the dishwasher tab fit in the dishwasher detergent receptacle. The kitchen was adequately stocked with glasses, silverware, bowls, plates, etc. The included toiletries were nice, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. We were well stocked with towels. We appreciated the ceiling fans and the ice maker and the large fridge. The drain plug was broken in the shower. The bedroom TV remote was broken....we had to get it replaced. When it was replaced it was on the same frequency as the living room TV so if you turned on the TV in the bedroom the one in the living room turned off. There was alot of noise starting pretty early in the morning....yard maintenance noise and equipment running. Woke me up even with ear plugs in.

The room was perfect. Very spacious. Liked the outdoor patio and easy access to the pool and other activities. The showers in the room.were pretty small and the patio door didnt close properly but other than that it was a good experience.

I was in town for a convention and the Hilton Grand Beach was close to the meeting rooms. It was raining in the afternoons after my conference days, so I did not have the opportunity to use the amenities like the tennis and basketball courts or the mini golf, but they looked well maintained. The staff was most helpful and the room was more of an apartment, with a fridge, stove, microwave and kitchen cabinets with dishes, utensils, and coffee maker. The fridge wasn't full-sized, but it was many times larger than one of those mini fridges you see in a regular hotel room. Ans for the price, it was considerably more square footage than a hotel room as well

Everything was excellent

Beware though: this is a vacation rental property. They will force you to listen to a pitch for a timeshare as you get your parking pass and they will call you early in the morning the night of your departure to pitch you again. It was short and they were very nice, but it was annoying.

This is the 2nd Hilton Vacation property Ive stayed in Orlando. Yes they ask bout the timeshare but it's not mandatory. I'm already a Hilton member just not in the timeshare. GREAT property, great staff! Rooms were clean and living area was open and spacious. It's great for families (3bedroom). No breakfast so bring groceries lol.

Walls are thin. Couldn’t sleep well. Dirty furniture and bedding. Clean bathroom and floors. Clean kitchen. Horrible elevator. Pool ok. Bit bit ants though. Won’t stay again. Wanted to try it before I planned a longer trip.

Great property it feels like your own apartment space with the services of a hotel. Great location, parking and security. Would definitely stay again. I didn’t like that when I was checking in I was hard sold a timeshare opportunity. From a customer services point of view I think it should be reviewed that talk of a timeshare during check in is not appropriate. I had just travelled for 12 hours and needed a place to rest. Also I hadn’t even had the chance to see the property yet at that point so that was a little bit disappointing. I was called again a few days into my stay to ask if I had given it anymore thought. I didn’t like that. Also the main port of communication with the hotel services (cleaning etc) is via text but if you’re an international traveller you probably don’t want to be texting back and forth due to SMS cost. Just something to keep in mind.

Everything was great, very comfortable and accommodating for our family,. The parking , it was hard finding a spot late in the evening.
-
Love that the room has 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms The kitchen is a bit small

Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and super clean. There was a full kitchen and each equipment was placed in a very organized way and in very good condition as if never used before. Hotel is in front of lake and has two outdoor pools. 10 mins ride to Disney parks. It was surprising that there was no daily housekeeping in such a resort to tidy up the room or empty trash etc and we were not informed about this during check in. When we raised this topic staff told us to read their website (it was not mentioned even there though) and still did not offer any housekeeping.

Good location and it's about 15 mins drive from the Disney, $10 parking fee per night. Good stays with families in this vocational home feels hotel.

The hall way was very much out dated and spooky looking ! The bed was the so hard!! And not sturday at all!! For the price it feels like a scam!!!
