Everything was wonderful! The staff was amazing! I love how clean the rooms were! One thing I didn’t like was on the day we were leaving it was only 8:45am and a cleaning lady came knocking on the door asking when we were leaving. To me it’s was rude as we do have until 10:30am to check out. Other than that! Are stay was great

My family arrived earlier than check in time, and they allowed us to check in early! That almost never happens. Everything was well maintained, and the rooms were clean. Staff was very polite.

We just needed one night hotel with a clean room and some extras. For our party the hotel seemed clean and affordable.

The hotel was ok, just need to be up kept. My biggest issue was paying a resort fee for $300 for a 6 night stay and on top of that had to pay $31 a night for parking, I had to pay $500 at check in for resort fee and parking. Which I think was crazy. And on top of that you have to deal with things in the room like the telephone and light switch that wasn’t working, the place has potential but is in need a of updating. The swing area and hot tub was nice.

The only thing I don’t like is having to pay $35 a night to park. This is really just a money grab. I’d rather pay a few dollars more for the room which is very reasonable. Most people are arriving in vehicles and it’s not like there is limited space to park.

Outdoor pools were fun for the boys.

There were several broken items in the room.

Did not like the extra fees that followed the booking upon arrival, why do you have to pay for daily parking at a Hotel you are staying in? So where are guests supposed to park at?

Not too fancy, but the staff was friendly room was clean and spacious.

422 was with ac broken they fixed it when was time to check out also didn’t gave me any compensation how supervisor girl said me

Room was clean, water park attendants were nice. They charge a hotel fee + parking.

100/100 It was a short stay but my family enjoyed it.

The property looked nice , however, not all staff members were nice and on the day of check in our assigned room wasn’t clean , in fact, it had someone else clothes still in the room . We shared with the concern with the front desk no one came . Resulting in cleaning the room ourselves and the very next day we went to the front desk for fresh towels.

We booked this hotel paid extra for a room facing the water park, paid extra to check in early and when checking in I even asked what the water park hours were they told me 9-7. We went to the room the floor was filthy (our feet turned black) the beds were damp feeling, the room smelled musty and moldy, the bathroom door didn’t close, the kids room had a tv removed from it. We got ready and went to the water park to find out IT WAS CLOSED AND NOT WORKING!!!
