Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark by IHG

The receptionist was very pleasant and courteous so by himself j would have given a 5 star. However the property was not the best. Not only was i greeted by eho appears to be guests arguing using profanity of coure in the presence of my todler...but the passage leading to the elevator had a very filthy smell. There was urine on my toilet seat ,stained towels and the floor had hair all over. The o my clean part to the stay was thank God the baby room. The pool view was pretty cool so Inviting but we passed on that. To tops parking was over $30 bucks!!! Plus propertg tax in addition to the cost of your stay. I am so disappointed in wohld not recommended the property but I would acknowledge the receptionist he was very professional!

I loved the stay everything they had for you to do was so much fun only thing I didn’t like our room in the bathroom the tub & the sink our whole stay there were little bugs and little spiders constantly coming up out the drains turned me off so bad they could’ve cleaned the rooms a little better the hotel bar food was good but the other place inside the hotel food was horrible but besides that beautiful place to stay I just wish we could’ve experienced the water park attached to the hotel it was closed down if I would’ve known that ahead of time I may have would’ve stayed somewhere else

We booked our 3bdrm stay as a family for our 9yr old’s bday trip and we absolutely loved our stay here. The property was clean, the kids LOVED having bunk beds in their room, every staff we encountered was super nice and accommodating with any questions we may have had. We certainly didn’t need anything. Both water parks were phenomenal. We will definitely book here again when visiting

Room wa every cleaned and the whole place was fun it is family friendly but food prices are high

The property is nice, but they should keep it a bit cleaner. The room was "clean," but it could have been better. There were dusty areas, the microwave was moldy inside, and the stovetop wasn't properly cleaned. I had to ask for a clean shower curtain because the one there was stained. The staff responded immediately to anything I needed; I give them a 10/10 for that.

Unfortunately, my experience was not great here. The facility is not the cleanest; it reeks of weed. I called before arriving and they told me the big slides were closed (which would have been fine since we were traveling with small kids) but it was not the case. One of the kids area was closed. They credited the resort fee which honestly is too high for the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. They were spider webs all over the floor. The elevators and hallways were dirty. On the upside: The pool decks were clean; they were entertaining activities throughout the stay and staff member Memphis was very accommodating and helpful! The parking fee is outrageous at 30+ dollars per night but I guess for a "resort", it is what it is. The place has a lot of potential but we will def not be staying here again. We may do a day pass for the water park but will not stay overnight.

My family loved this place. Not so much that we had to pay for parking and breakfast but other than that everything was perfect.

We did the check in exactly at 4pm and everything was smooth. The room was nice, spacious and clean and housekeeping comes every single day which is a plus. I’m a little disappointed that the water park (the whole reason we chose the hotel) was not operating due to maintenance. It would’ve been good if they would’ve let us know beforehand. I even messaged the property like 4 days prior but never for a response from them. The staff was really nice and helpful and the pools are very clean and awesome to enjoy. The guy at the bar was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again when the Waterpark starts working. Btw we chose the Waterpark view and it was amazing

Muy limpia la propiedad , la atención fue excelente , venden un desayuno bufet muy bueno y con un precio bueno $20 por persona, las piscinas muy limpias y tienen toboganes para la diversión de los niños
