We arrived and waited almost 2 hours for our room to be ready, the staff were kind and helpful but didn’t change the fact that by the time we were in our room the surf rider was closed, and didn’t open again till 2 hrs after check out. If you’re willing to risk the variables for one night, it has good value. But I’ll be tentative next time.

I do not recommended staying here which is sad because I remember when it was the Nick Hotel and customer service mattered. We’ve frequented here over the years and each time it gets worse. The elevators at least at my building weee sketchy. Sometimes they wouldn’t open at our floor and would just go back down. I mentioned this to a worker but it didn’t seem to be an issue. The room was okay. The TVs were in and out though so we couldn’t watch them much. The cleanliness around the resort is awful. Booked the flow rider for my 3 kids. They were on the boards a combined 2 minutes because the teenagers were using all the time and the trainer was on his phone. They did refund me this. It was every kid and parent for themselves on the slides. People were cutting left and right and nothing was being done about it. Good luck finding someone at the check in desk. Went down multiple times to find no one there. There are no plates, napkins, silver ware or cups anywhere. I wanted to refill my kids water bottles and they wanted to charge me just for a paper cup to get the ice. Housekeeping kept coming back every 20 minutes after I explained we had a late check out. They say you can use the park after check out but your room key stops working and they won’t replace. Also between parking and resort fee it was $97 additional dollars so don’t just trust the rate you’re given.

Room is outdated, this includes tvs, lighting, poor water pressure. Bunker beds blankets to thin . Room was by trash compactor and the smell was strong and terrible. This could be smelled from the parking lot all the way to the room. Not a good value and do not recommend.

Property gave lots to from free movies ,, free water park .. the breakfast buffet was free for Kids and pretty decent. The staff are also very nice. They provide dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room was not as cleaned as I would have liked. Ran out of body wash. The two bedrooms have a kitchen. And a huge inconvenience was the lobby being closed until 7am. Only an inconvenience because I had to find another way out to catch the Lyft to the airport and it was a huge inconvenience.

Very great trip. We went for our anniversary and we had a wonderful time.

The room was spacious Everything closed early or didn't open due to the weather and I went in July.

Very nice property and very nice people. Habiba at breakfast was very nice and Maria took care of us too with care: they came to check on us and make sure we were happy. We were a bit bummed that the slides weren’t open but that’s only because of the lightning so not their fault.

We enjoyed our time here. The Waterpark was great! The location on the hotel was super convenient to everything. The water in our bathroom leaked constantly so we heard dripping all day and all night. The bed was super hard. We also got a Queen room although we booked a king room. I wasnt happy about spending $24 for 2 drinks at the pool. The extra set of blankets/pillows were not clean.

There was always an activity going on. The staff were approachable n friendly. One of the toilets in the room I was staying in would constantly get stuck n the shower faucet was leaking.
