Caribe Royale Orlando

Don’t be deceived by photos that they advertise online about caribe royale. The property was outdated. As soon you enter the rented villa the door are rusted and so hard to open . As soon you enter the room smells so bad that you can even taste the heavily sprayed perfume! We only slept there one night after we left 5 days earlier. We all couldn’t sleep that night due to heavy sprayed perfume . They probably trying to mask the smell or cover up mildew . Outside the villa by private pool smells like weed marijuana . The private pool was super dirty and rusted everywhere. Then if you go to the main big pool. You get to swim with the ducks and how disgusting! Then if you use the water slide, the stairs has lots of mold . The property has show poor quality maintenance. I paid higher price than Hilton grand vacation club by seaworld . I was very disappointed and waisted my money! I don’t recommend this resort . Save your money on parking and fee resort and get better quality clean place at Hilton grand vacation club by seaworld. At Hilton grand They have nice clean rooms, clean pools and they don’t charge daily parking fees.

Room wasn’t clean, sheets were dirty.

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the food—it wasn’t as good as I expected and lacked variety. I also found the resort a bit boring, with very few activities or entertainment. It was a pleasant stay, but adding better dining options and more things to do would make the experience much better.

very clean and nice, the staff is all very nice as week and very attentive!, rooms are big, and it’s a decent distance to a lot of things, disney springs right down the road, and disney close by

We will definitely come back!

Very clean. We did have an issue with the shower head and there was miscommunication with the front desk and maintenance. Waited a very long time for someone to fix it and ended up changing rooms. Regardless of this issue, we love the property. It is our go to resort when staying in the area.

The music by the pool was good but no dj or I use to like when they would hire guitarist to play & sing. More interaction at the pool area like the guitar, trivia games or ever pool aerobics would be great. The bartenders both at pool (Tammy & Adam) and the Rum bar Selena) are the best.

I always enjoy our family time here…never disappoints.

Beautiful property, friendly staff. Nothing ever felt too crowded and a good selection of food and entertainment on premises. My family was very pleased. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay, it my second time visiting and I will definitely be visiting again. Rooms are clean and staff’s friendly.

I wish I stayed here my entire stay in Orlando. Everything was superb. There rooms are super clean, and spacious. They extended our checkout time and allowed us to continue to park and use the pool after. I will definitely stay here my next visit to Orlando.

The room was decent. There was water on the floor and couch. Keep in mind that we never notified the desk because we didn’t end up using it.
