Caribe Royale Orlando

The parking situation was TERRIBLE! You had to pay to park and there was literally ZERO parking spaces. We circled the lot for at least 15 min trying to find a space.

Everything was wonderful! From the staff to the restaurants and bars and views. I would definitely revisit!

The stay was tolerable. We had a roach infestation in the bathroom - we did move to a top floor room and no more bug issues. And my card was hacked at the FedEx store. Staffed as helpful in the move and trying to figure out what happened to my card.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The staff greeted us with smiles and answered our questions patiently. Even though the lobby was busy with other guests arriving, the process moved efficiently. The lobby itself is beautiful, spacious, and inviting. It felt more like walking into an upscale resort than a typical hotel. The décor is elegant without feeling overdone, and there are plenty of comfortable places to sit while waiting or simply relaxing. One of the biggest reasons we chose Caribe Royale was because every room is a suite, and that ended up being one of our favorite features. Traveling as a family means space is incredibly important, and the suite made a huge difference. Instead of everyone sharing one hotel room

The pools were a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. We also loved the on-site dining options, which offered great food and excellent service. The location was another huge plus, with easy access to Disney and other Orlando attractions while still feeling like a peaceful getaway. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re visiting for a family vacation, a couples’ trip, or a weekend escape, Caribe Royale is a fantastic choice. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel overbooked with a conference and there was nowhere to even park There were cars on the grass and in non parking spots The pool was so crowded and the elevators took 30 minutes to go up-and-down We also had spa services where the music was so loud from the DJ outside it was a Hard to relax and enjoy The faucet in our sink would not drain properly I've stayed here before but I won't stay again not after that Stay They also charged for parking which was ridiculous because you couldn't park so I would like to have a return call to get some money back for that parking

Good and fast service. Everything clean. Good music & very good attention ex: watter to drink all over the place.

From the arrival to the checking out this property was amazing the staff no words everyone amazing and trying to make guest as comfortable as they could. The cleanliness wow!!! I give a 100 percent and beyond. Looking forward to our next stay in September♥️♥️♥️♥️

Muy buena experiencia. Todo estaba limpio, el personal fue atento y amable, las instalaciones estaban en excelentes condiciones y disfruté mucho de la piscina. La estancia fue tranquila y cómoda. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Great hotel just seemed out of sorts this trip, pool bathroom was dirty, old bandaids on the way up to the slide, elevators broken, no parking

We have stayed many times and it has always been the same issue with the elevators.

I did like the room very clean and nice the pool very nice and I love the pool station for the kids. I did not like the game room it was very tiny should put more games there but beside that food and staff was very good😃

One bed was comfortable while the other felt like sleeping on a rock. Kids loved the pool and the pool slide. Big hotel but didn’t feel very welcoming tbh smaller hotel next door was better at it..

Great place to stay my third time staying there

I loved the hotel the only thing is to parking We had to pay $16 parking everybday we were there for 8 days. We came back at night there was no parking we had to find a curb or drive around for awhile if we are paying for parking there should be enough parking spots for every guest
