Also staff in general are very moody On check out more we stepped out for breakfast and returned at 10.20am to find one of our rooms already made . Our other room We had do not disturb on the door yet the same cleaning lady knocked on the door and wanted to make sure up the room Not to mention my wife’s flip flops went missing from the room

There are hidden resort fees and parking fees that add $100 per night to your stay that you don't know about till you get there. We were there for work so we never used the resort amenities, so it was an extra waste of money. We will probably not be back.

Unfortunately, we would never go back because of the hidden resort fees each day and the parking fees each day. We were there for work, so we never used their resort amenities, but they would not take the fees off the bill.

Close to Disney Springs. We had a good view but the windows were very dirty. Then need cleaned.

Really nice hotel. Great cafe. Only downside is how outdated and somewhat rundown the rooms themselves are.
