The main reason: the NOISE. There were multiple softball teams staying at this hotel for a championship tournament. The hotel did not enforce ANY common decency rules or any regulations during our 5-nights stay. Adults (and children, from very young through teenagers) were allowed to gather loudly EVERYWHERE, including room hallways, all day and night, hosting impromptu KARAOKE, well-past midnight on several nights. The children were allowed to continuously run through the halls, play up and down the stairwell, play on the elevators, run wet from the pool through the hall, breakfast area, lobby, etc. There were no quiet hours enforced. It was dreadful. PROS: check in rep was courteous; back hotel patio is fully enclosed and offers bbq grills (we did not use); breakfast.. was OK; hotel campus is pet friendly with ample walking/relief areas. MORE CONS: In the room: dirty water under the main lamp, dust-bunnies in room corners, dirty towels hung upon arrival in the room, dirty corners & insects in the bathroom; ALSO, we had to call maintenance for the A/C as the room maintained a smell & dampness in the air. Maintenance attempted to fix, but it continued for the entire stay. ALSO, housekeeping is "every other day", this was NOT noted at check in, and in the 5-nights stay, only happened once, and since the housekeeper skipped our room on a "refresh day", accumulated trash and dirty towels lingered. Sigh.... I would not return or recommend.

The only con is that the lobby smelled like lemons really bad meaning it was way over fragrant. You smell good, but it was just too much.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast elections were great and staff was always cleaning in the area. Beds were super comfortable. I felt completely safe staying there.

Very clean and friendly staff. A little confusing to get to, but totally worth it.

Location was very quiet Absolutely nothing

My room was not clean- the comforter on the bed was dirty! I threw it on the floor and only used the sheet.

Best 🚿 shower ever experience in a hotel. Top soap shelf in shower had what I thought was a used bandaid but turned out to be a breath right strip. Next morning I ran into the young lady that was cleaning the rooms and it was obvious there's know way she could have seen the breath strip being all of 5ft tall😅. So really it was a great stay. Changing variety of hot breakfast items would be nice cheese omelet and sausage every morning is only complaint

I arrived at 11pm on a Friday after a long trip. I was with my daughter. We had booked a reservation through booking.com. I assumed everything was all set, because I received an email earlier in the day from Marriott with a prompt to check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, the attendant said there was no record of the reservation. He kept suggesting I had the details wrong, so I had to repeatedly show him on my phone that in fact all the details were correct. It being after 11pm in a rather remote location, I had to pay the rack rate for a King room, which was almost twice as expensive as the rate I had reserved for a double Queen. For all I know (and I think highly plausible) the hotel gave up my reserved room because they fetched a higher rate on the day-of, then claimed they had "lost" my booking. In our King room, there was a horrendous cot that my teenage daughter had to sleep on. We had to wake up at 6am for a further long drive to her diving meet, so a good night's sleep would have been nice, but that was not in store for her. Despite having stayed in many Marriott-chain hotels, and being a Bonvoy member, I am not planning to stay at a Marriott again. I am really upset by this experience. Very dodgy. I will remember this.

The bed had a large brown stain that you could see through the mattress cover. I just got done driving for 17 straight hours so I didn’t have the energy to deal with getting another room. I just slept on top of the comforter. Only reason I picked this hotel is the reviews said it was clean… which it wasn’t.

Excellent stay. Great breakfast.

They closed breakfast 20 minutes early so we missed breakfast. The pillows are absolutely horrible. They are so big that no one could even sleep on top of them, the bed to uncomfortable just was not a good day for us especially for $145 a night
