Great location

Location and the space. The lobby and the rooms are spacious. It could use a little updating. With that being said I will stay there again. There was a few dents and scrapes. But that’s all. Would like a bar or restaurant. Something to keep the guess entertained.

My sisters and I did a girls trip to Lake Geneva and stay here in the 2 bedroom governors suite. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The 2 beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the pull out couch mattress which was just horrible. One of my sister's slept on it and didn't sleep at all. The mattress was sinking down with hard bumps and there no where you could sleep comfortably. Everything else in the room was great. A nice size fridge and a sink. All in all I would stay there again. Just a warning not to use the pull out couch. The indoor pool area was fantastic. Even though it's June, it was cold and didn't mind that it was indoors. We didn't see too many people around so that was good that the pool wasn't crowded at all.

Great location and walking distance to everything. Very nice atrium and pool as well. A little bit dated, but not bad at all!

The screen on our window was torn at the corner. Not a big deal but shows that fine details aren’t watched. The underground parking is tight and birds come in a lot so there is poop everywhere. Location was perfect. Walk outside and right next to Lake and walking distance to downtown. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Lighting was a bit dim in the living room and bedrooms.

Great time. Wonderful views.

Walking distance to restaurants,shopping and the beach

The hotel is being reinovated which is needed. When this is done it will probably be much improved. Furnishings were acceptable but slightly worn as was the structure itself. Had to go searching for vending machines as the bar was not staffed and no non-alcoholic drinks available at the front desk. Staff didn't really know where the machines were at. For what we paid, I expected more service type options.

We really enjoyed our stay; the property was pretty unique and very clean. The staff was helpful with any questions we asked. We enjoyed the jetted bathtub and relaxing out on the patio with the lake view.

We had a brief stay for a wedding in the area. We enjoyed a quiet room in the back of the building facing the park. We took advantage of the hot tub, pool and sauna as well. Very nice place!

Everything from the staff to the room was great. Went to go out on the balcony at night. Opened the door and a thousand mosquitoes, may flies, and knats filled the room. Asked the front desk for help clearing the room but we were told they didn't have anything to kill them. Not really their fault, but made our last night miserable with the bugs.

Location was great. Generally the place was very clean. Having a suite with 2 different rooms was very nice. They didn't tell us that there would be a potential of parties in their lobby area both nights. Not small parties. These groups had huge stereo systems and loud music till 11pm both nights. (Like being at a wedding) I was good with a little music and general talking/partying. But our room floor was vibrating due to the bass of the music being up so loud!! I just kept thinking if a family had kids, I would be furious! On top of that, the person at the lobby desk had no idea what their policies were. He didn't know that there was a room divider they could have brought out (didn't do it until I asked). And offered to move us up a floor, at 10;30pm ... which wouldn't have done any good!!!

The location is beautiful and close to town. It was quiet, too. They did manage to get us an early check in, which we needed since we had an event. While things looked fine initially, once you tried to use things they had problems. There were hairs on our towels, the iron was broken and had a gummy mess on the back, I had to turn the fridge on, and a chair bent from my young daughter sitting in it, and the main room was dark. Quality was low.

Overall it was clean and Im happy I booked a lake wiew room with a balcony.

Proximity to the lake and downtown. The deck posts were falling apart, some animal had built a nest in the pillar.

Great location. Spacious room. Rooms were dated and need to be updated. Price was high for condition of property.
