Had 3 minor concerns upon arrival and spoke with front desk staff. Within the hour all were addressed and remedied. Even got a follow up call👍. Coming here first many many years. Staff AND guests are very nice! Services and location are terrific and convenient. Will continue to go

Location was excellent Please be aware… there are no bedroom doors, all open concept. Also loft’s bathroom shower is Very small - unable to bend down or turn.

Hotel was nice it self The last room 442 bed was comfortable. When we enter room was very strong bleach smell. It stay many many hours. The carpet in the room was old and dirty. I was in other rooms before and rooms were great. Laminate flooring. This one makes me think or I want come back. It too much money to live in the dirty room. I am very disappointed.

We were able to walk most places. The pools were great. The rooms were really clean and quiet. Overall, an excellent stay. Room was a bit outdated.

The property is nice. The staff was so helpful and nice. Location is excellent. The suite was very spacious. Kitchen is great and has all the things you need to cook and serve food. My only concern is the room really could have used a makeover. The walls needed paint in the bathroom could use a new tub.

Other than that, the staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. We had a loft suite which was plenty of room for our family of 4. The only issue was that the air conditioner was not able to cool the upstairs bedroom. It was very convenient to have a kitchen in the suite as we were able to have breakfast before we set out for the day. This hotel is within walking distance to Downtown Lake Geneva and many restaurants and fast food places. A Walmart and Aldi were less than 10 minutes drive. Would definitely return here!

We were excited to visit the property, pools were nice for the kids, that’s the extent of a decent review. We found bed bugs in our bed the morning after we slept in it. Upon further investigation, we found a TON of them along the bed and wall by the bed. They offered a new room and that was all. We requested reimbursement for the two nights at $1500, and got total pushback from the manager. They were unhelpful, showed no care or concern and basically shrugged their shoulders and said “oh well.” We will never ever visit again and plan to report this further.
