The front receptionist who was young was very rude when I asked to have a new room because there was water all over the room that we were assigned

Furniture needed updating. We have stayed here many times and this room was the first time that it needed updating. Perfect for an overnight getaway.

The pools are wonderful and this property is in a great location near both the lake and the Main Street shopping district

The only thing I would say is that we had to ask the staff to fill the shower gel and shampoo dispenser in the full bathroom and provide a bath mat for it. The 3/4 bath had those items. Otherwise, the room was very nice, clean, well-maintained.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The outdoor pool was wonderful. Great location, we were within walking distance of everything downtown.

So more positive things: indoor and outdoor pools were great. There are cabanas and lots of chairs. The front desk staff, the guy working at the coffee, snack bar and the person checking you in for the parking lot were all friendly and helpful. We would def stay at The Cove again.

We stayed during the Venetian festival. This property was perfectly located close to all the festivities. It is a very family friendly place. Our suite was fantastic with a kitchen and sitting area and a small patio. A little loud at times. We could hear the putter patter of feet above us.
