Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed my time here, and the location was perfect. The balcony view was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience even more special. Waking up and enjoying the beautiful view was my favorite part of the trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Geneva!

Amazing location. Huge room. Everything

The beds and pillows need to be changed as they are not comfortable anymore. Besides that the view, staff, cleanliness were very good and location is great.

Decent, ac unit was too noisy

The staff was kind and prompt. The rooms appear renovated, and ours was very clean. The location is definitely what makes this property most desirable. One minor issue for us was it states “free crib” on Expedia, but when we got there, the staff said they don’t have cribs. We had to sleep with our toddler in a queen bed so none of us were super well rested during our stay. Otherwise, though, we were pleased.

Great location. Staff was very helpful. The hotel itself is in poor condition and needs to be renovated to justify the price.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room was very clean and so was the rest of the property. I liked that it was within walking distance to downtown .

Very comfortable bed. Room was large with microwave , fridge, sink and coffee maker. Balcony opened up to a great view of the lake. Great handmade bagel place right on the premises. Plenty of lunch and dinner spots close by. Be sure to book a cruise while you’re there. Short walk and plenty of options.

Receptionist gave wrong room number that was occupied

Everything was excellent.The room was clean.The service was great and the amenities were great!

The hotel has an on site convenient restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools you can enjoy regardless of what the weather does. Clean place with very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The parking lot was free for guests (one vehicle per room reservation I believe?) and so convenient, especially given everywhere in town is paid parking. There were two working older elevators at the hotel, it was just fine but note on busier times of the weekend or during check out time, plan for a little bit of a wait. We’d gladly stay here again no question. Everything was great.

They said had bar and restaurant on site. It was not open every night which was disappointing. It did not say anything about this in ad.

We couldn’t check out and take our stuff from the room on time as the day before we went to Wisconsin Dells and our car broke down and we had to stay there for a night. Hotel staff didn’t touch our clothes so we could get them when eventually arrived. Thank you for that!
