Nice hotel, great view from the 5th floor of Lake Geneva, very convenient to the main shopping area with many restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is in an excellent location located just across the street that runs along the Lake, and is a very short walk to many resturaunts and shops, and the boat tour docks. The walking path along the shore of the lake makes the hotel for an ideal location for a start of lovely jog in the morning; the path goes for over a mile from the hotel. Also, ample parking in back of hotel.

The best parts were the central location, lake view, with a balcony. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

I was charged $22 for the "Pool," parking, etc. When I asked to park in the parking lot that I paid for after my check out time at 11am until 4pm, I was told no. The parking lot was 1/3 full. Very disappointing, I'd like to have a choice of this fee and it's not automatic. I had no plans to use the pool and I was not asked.

The rooms are nice and mostly remodeled. At least there is no dreadful carpet in the rooms. The beds could use replacing (at least in our room). It's interesting how so many people keep their phones in their face even though they are customer service staff. I am to ask a question, it was answered by barely looking at me and keeping the phone right in front of their face. The rest of everything was quite nice. You could stream from your phone to the TV which was really nice.

Location. Spacious. Live music next door. The air conditioning unit ( weather was fair to cool, 60s mostly but 50 something at night) was blowing cold air while on heat - about every 10 minutes for a few minutes. Loud at times. A pain but we got used to it. Didn’t feel like moving to another room. The overall temperature of the room was ok.

We did not want to change rooms. So they wanted to spray room which we were not comfortable with. They did clean our room again. We asked for a reduction in price but was told no. This room was quite expensive (over $350/ night ). I was treating my daughter and granddaughter to this weekend. We did get a guest bag with nuts and candy plus a note for a discount at a future date which I doubt we will use as we are 6 hours away. I think this hotel could have done better by us.

The room was ok except the bathroom was small. The housekeeper forgot wash cloths and decaffeinated coffee.

Best thing that was location ! needs to be updated. The best thing was the view. Rooms are not very clean.

Enjoyed our stay. There were awesome dining options in the hotel which made it easy to buy a quick meal. Staff was very kind and willing to answer our questions.
