Room had a musty smell. Safe, tv remote and bathroom fan did not work. Ac was very loud in room and beds were terrible!!!! The location was perfect and super close to everything. Pool was super clean. Gotham bengals was very good.

The hotel and pool overlook Lake Geneva which is beautiful. The hotel is clean with comfortable beds but uncomfortable pillows. Outdoor pool is large and well maintained. Breakfast at the restaurant on site was good and there is also a good bagel shop. Harbor Shores is close to the downtown area with many shops and restaurants.

Highly recommend this hotel! Great location within walking distance to the downtown restaurants and shops. Our room was updated and clean and we enjoyed spending time enjoying the balcony with lake views!

We just loved our stay at Harbor Shores! It was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect. We enjoyed parking our car in the lot, and the walking to the beach and downtown. We will definitely be planning another stay at Harbor Shores again sometime soon!
