Pool was warm and clean. Staff was fantastic! Eggs at breakfast were a little iffy.

Very nice and geat loacaton. Was able to take a mile walk down to the lake shops. Breaksfast was very good!

The hotel has a nice pool area and a laundry facility, although we didn’t use it. Our room was pretty clean but was very musty smelling. All of the furniture seemed to be a little beat up. Breakfast options did not vary during our four night stay.

My husband and I love to stay here when we come to Lake Geneva. We love that the pool and hot tub stays open till 11 PM. It's a nice perk after walking around Lake Geneva all day. We love they provide the continental breakfast.. It's definitely not the best but it suffices. The only downside to my trip this year was the bathroom in my room was not the cleanest. There was hair on the floor. Not the worst thing in the world just a small complaint.. Other than that, I definitely recommend this property.

The beds were great. The room was clean and tidy, but when we went to turn on the heat, an awful smell started coming out of the heater. Would hate to have that happening during cooler months. The pool amenities were great. It was awesome to have a kiddie pool area. The fitness center was pretty basic, and it would have been great to have another treadmill or something, but it was fine. Breakfast was decent too and had something for everyone. Would recommend having oatmeal as an option, though. Overall, we had everything we needed and had a great stay.

Uber was easy to find. When we entered our room there was weird mildewy smell. The mattress was very uncomfortable and it was hard to get a good sleep.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was very nice! They also had a very good breakfast. Always a plus when hot food is offered ( eggs and sausage)!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Out room was missing towels and front desk was so helpful and quickly got us what we needed. Breakfast was fine but the coffee was very watery. All in all a very nice stay!

Toilet bowl was stained. Only two towels for a 2 queen bed room. Breakfast was terrible. Stale bagels, diluted coffee. But plenty of designated smoking areas. Yay!!! They charge you a deposit but it is refunded 7-10 days later while they reap the interest from their banks.

Our room was clean and ready for our arrival on July 21, 2026. Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, the AC was set at 61 degrees. We walked in to a veritable refrigerator! Unnecessary since the outside temperature was in the 70s. My wife turned the heat on immediately. The staff was courteous and helpful and the free breakfast offerings were diverse. Parking was free and the free WiFi was greatly appreciated. The property is situated in a very quiet mostly residential area. It made for a good night’s rest!

Clean room,big size,comfortable beds,clean pool and hot tub,and surprised by a good bkfast. Enjoyed very much. The place and bathrooms with public access were kept very cleaned, I was impressed. I do a lot of traveling and I would stay here again. Good job by house keepers and also the girl in charge of bkfast from giligans island.
