I've stayed here before which helped my decision to choose them this time. Nice hotel, great for the price given the time of year. Really good breakfast, and I made good use of the pool area and workout room. I'd stay here again.

Comfortable place to stay a bit outside downtown, but still fairly walkable and great value compared to other spots! Rooms were spacious.

Everything was fine. We liked our room. Staff quickly got a high back chair for my husband. All staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing wrong was the halls need to be vacuumed. Our rooms were nice and clean.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub jets were broken. That's my only complaint.

It was in a good location, close to where I visited in town. The workers were nice. The bathroom wasn't very clean with hair and mold on sink and in bathtub, the bathroom sink drain was clogging, and didn't have enough linens for two guests.

Rooms were clean/staff was very nice ! Maryann was very nice and helpful during breakfast time!

The washroom was not clean enough. The furniture and others things were very old. Breakfast was not having just 2 items, do not spend money in taking the breakfast.

The overall property was nice. But I do believe booking they a 3rd party, they tend to give you the worst rooms. The mattress topper was stained, the pillows were terrible and smaller than average bed pillows. The door to the room was very squeaky and loud. None of the housekeeping spoke English. Just not what I expected and no I would not stay there again.

This hotel was in a great location. Clean, comfortable, and safe. Pool area was one of the best small hotel pools I've used. If I need to get a hotel in Lake Geneva again, I'd return to this hotel.

Breakfast was a plus, well stocked and perfect. The gal who worked the front desk also made sure the breakfast area was clean and full of food. Although she was working many jobs, she could not have been more pleasant. Not walkable to Lake Geneva downtown area. Sidewalk did not go all the way to the lake.

Very easy walk to downtown Lake Geneva where the action is. Ample parking and clean facilities

The property was quiet, close to shopping, restaurant, the lake and a bowling alley was next door. Great location.
