Convenient and close to downtown

This was my second time staying here. Had a great experience the first time had a great experience this time. I will continue to stay at this location when visiting. What I don't like is how booking.com said they would price match. And I did what they told me to do, and then they turned around and told me no. I think booking.com needs to do the research and understand what price matching means. And due to the experience I had this last time, I will no longer be using them

Tried to rent the conference room for an hour on a Friday morning and could not get an answer back. Went there in person, emailed and called. Was told by the attendant we could use the breakfast room then once accepted, was told they weren’t sure they could actually do so. Once checked in, was given the wrong room as I reserved a king not two fulls. Went to shower in the morning only to realize we had no towels in the room.

Love the location, the price, parking, and the staff. Five stars.

In the bathroom sink the hot and cold water lines were switched. And we had no bath towels in the room. I did let the front desk aware of these two situations.

The location was ok, the building was old and out dated and was damp. Our room was really damp and the bathroom had some black mold behind the toilet. The only thing we actually liked was the breakfast

Good location, close to downtown. Rooms were dated, had a musty smell.

In close proximity to geneva lake. Big spacious room. Nice breakfast. Nice to have a microwave in the room. Had to ask for towels as there were four of us but only 1 towel. Noisy ac. You can hear the floor squeeke as people were walking above us.

Free breakfast Carpet floors were wet when we first arrived. Must’ve been a real party to clean up in that room the night before.

The room was clean, spacious and the linens good quality. Location was convenient to restaurants and shops but not lakeside. I always love in room coffee available and it was! The room furnishings were quite shabby, scuffed and worn. Carpet had a large hole. The dog fee seemed excessive for my non-shedding "Canine Good Citizen"

5 min from downtown. This was such a convenient location!! I loved the fire pit area and the pool. Pool open until 11PM which is why I chose this hotel. I didn’t eat the breakfast but it was probably one of the best free breakfasts that I’ve seen. Mini omelets, bacon, make your own waffles and all the usual stuff. Room could’ve been vacuumed better and that’s my only complaint. Already making plans to come back! Right in the middle of the magic theatre and Tuscan Tavern & Grill. Oh and they let me check in 2 hours early!!!!!!
