Would definitely love to stay again! So many restaurants and amenities for every type of person. Stayed with my husband for his birthday and it was lovely!

Just the food has less vegetarian options in the restaurant.

the accommodations where great, beautiful grounds, the only draw back is the some of the buildings that house the rooms are far from the main lobby!!

Nice staff everywhere. Bar, restaurants, front desk...one disturbing thing though...Asked 3-4 people at front desk if I could get the Milwaukee Brewer game on TV....they had no clue. I found a "Milwaukee" channel guide on the TV, which turned out was impossible to use....also no one knew about that. A couple times the person went to ask a "manager", only to come back with no answer. Disappointing.

Wonderful location with stunning views and vistas. All staff were friendly and helpful. Onsite restaurants were decent, with Chophouse probably being our best choice. Grand Cafe food is ok but probably a little overpriced for the quality. The rooms are clean and spacious but have poor noise insulation. We had a family with small kids next door and could hear everything, with the kids waking up at 6am and waking us up also. The spa also felt a little dated when compared to places like Kohler. The pool was fun and a decent size. Will definitely be coming back here again and highly recommend it!

Our villa was clean and we had zero issues with it - everything worked. Laundry was easy to use, and we were even able to get room service. Somewhat unexpected given that the villas are detached from the main lodge. The only thing to know is that villas guests *do not* have access to the main outdoor pool, which means one cannot use the outdoor food/bar there. There is a small pool for each set of villas, but it is small, and minimally equipped. Again, no issues with it - perfectly nice, you just need to bring your own food.

Contradicting information about pets. Food was terrible. Room AC was so loud couldn’t sleep through the night. None working exhaust fan in bathroom. Had preplanned arrangements for champagne and chocolates to be in the room for both nights of our stay, but only arrived one night and didn’t arrive the second night. Celebrated our 50th but it was not all it was cracked up to be. Very disappointed.

Guests were smoking on the Balconies which was unpleasant.

We come here every summer and we love it here. There is some staff that remembered us from last year. Clean rooms, top notch restaurants (the steakhouse is to die for!) and the pool is the best! Can’t wait to return next year!

Clean rooms, great lobby staff, nice piano bar scene, and live music on Fridays and Saturdays.

Very nice. Lot's to do. A must is to go into the town and go to the harbor.

Staff, restaurants, especially Grand Cafe's breakfast buffet. Cleanliness of rooms. Entertainment. Grounds. Shuttles, trollies. New movie channels were not available to guests.

This experience was top notch. Everything for a great getaway is located right on hotel grounds. Whether it be dining, fine dining, swimming(both indoor and outdoor pools), golf, relaxation salons....it's all right there. If you're staying on a Sunday over the summer months, you're treated to a spectacular fireworks show. This is all aside from what Lake Geneva has to offer.

The property is beautiful but the outside pool is super small and bas a lot of little kids.
