It was advertised that there was Continental practice and the water park and to find out that there was no continental breakfast and the water park was $30 per day to enjoy. Not a huge deal but it was definitely advertised that way so it's a little disappointing to find out that it wasn't included.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT , OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, UPDATED WITH A KITCHEN AS WE STAYED FOR 3 DAYS SO THAT WORKED WELL FOR US, GREAT VIEW OF GOLF COURSE, HALLWAYS WERE QUIET, WE WANTED TO TAKE THE BED HOME WITH US CAUSE IT WAS SOO COMFORTABLE. WE WILL DEFINATLEY GO BACK

We had to change rooms because the elevator was out in our building and they put us in a handicap room, which meant we didn’t get a tub. We had a walk-in shower and no fireplace and no continental breakfast. These were things that were supposed to be included.

Kind of confusing checking in timeshare property.

Beautiful property, exceptional grounds. The staff at the Lake Geneva resort was exemplary in face to face communications. However, communication with the overseeing team, located off site, was not as efficient, and there was a disconnect in receiving certain services. It didn't take away from the overall accommodations. Special mention goes to Turner, who worked the lobby reception desk, who went above and beyond in professionalism and hospitality. We'll be back!

The room was small compared to when I stayed last year. The photo shown of the room is not really correct and there is only one photo shown. I was a bit disappointed about that.

Beautiful landscape. Our 2-bedroom Villa was clean and spacious. We used the fireplace and the walk-in shower was huge…planning to put that in our retirement house. We didn’t use any amenities due to the fact we were there for a wedding. The outdoor pool looked refreshing. We will be visiting in the future.

Staff very friendly. Everything was very clean. My only issue occurred when I called Hotels.com to check on something. Very Rude and unhelpful! First time this has happened when using them. Our stay itself, great! We would stay again.

It was a great size room fit our family. We did not like that we could not shut the doors due to swelling from the humidity. Was an issue for privacy
