Motel 6 Hot Springs, AR

The property is older, but is clean. The bed was not comfortable.

Swim suit was let on balcony which explains why maid doesn't see the cobwebs and bugs above slider. Hot water did not work and the TV broke as we were watching TV . Never staying there again.

Clean helpful a nice hidden gem off the lake I will return.

The toilet doesn’t work and when I told front desk they didn’t try to fix it they just said giggle the handle. Not being able to use the bathroom is horrible

The property was older. The pool area was nice. It needed more seats for guests. The staff would not answer the phone for us during our stay.

We just stayed one night. It was nice motel that is back off the main road. With easy access in and out of parking lot. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Although room was short on towels and wash clothes for a family of four checking in only had two of both. Otherwise beds were clean and comfortable. Some pillows were flat and needed replaced. May need more cleaning behind furniture, because we did find spiders behind furniture after dropping something and went to look for it. Otherwise nice hotel would stay again.

Honestly felt like they put more work into there garden than the rooms, the walls were filthy, the room was hot even with ac and the beds where like sleeping on concrete.Not worth the $80, save yourself and just book the more expensive hotels near by. Also the breakfast isn’t breakfast it’s nasty ass coffee and that’s it. The only plus was that the staff was nice but again it’s not worth it

TV didn't work but staff fixed the problem. Coffee was at the office.

The roomwas clean but the sheets was not changed. Had someone else hair on bedsheets n blanket.

Lovely lakeside location that is well kept up but shows some age. The pool was so clean!

We loved it!!

I think it may have new owners. Very friendly. So kind and helpful. Rooms have been updated but could use another real good update. Pool looked VERY clean. If trees were cut better on back side of property could have a better view of lake. But still nice. Balcony was a little iffy stability wise. But will stay again.

The hotel was very outdated. The furniture had signs of water damage. It also had a bad smell. It was OK for the 1 night we used it but I would have been disappointed if this was the place we stayed the entire vacation

First night we got there the room was half flooded and the other half had spilled and dried pop and the floor was super sticky. The next day we got a different room and the shower didn’t work. And they didn’t even want to give us a different room at all. Should have offered a refund!

Cheap and location for views were nice Beds were an accurate depiction of what the flinstones slept on. I had to layor the bed with the supplied pillows to keep my back from hurting
