We stayed here for our anniversary and had such a great experience. Everyone was incredibly nice and made the stay even more special by helping me surprise my wife with decorations in the room. Jason, the manager, was especially helpful and attentive throughout our stay, always checking in and making sure everything was going well. Our room was spotless and came back to a clean and tidy room every day. We truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was and would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. I had a first floor room and it was very comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful. The room I was originally assigned was warmer than I wanted and they moved me immediately another room. One thing I would point out is the included breakfast was served in an attached restaurant. It was a microwaved breakfast sandwich, a piece of fruit and coffee or juice. It was OK but not a large or varied meal. I would absolutely stay here again

Definitely would not stay here again. We got a pool side, first floor room. The exterior door to the pool was NOT sealed at all. You could see daylight around the entire door. That door also faces the highway, so you can only imagine how loud that is. Half of the lights in the room didn’t work. The shower leaked onto the floor all behind the toilet. Whatever Reno they did was very shotty. The ice maker on first floor didn’t work so you had to go upstairs to get ice. The complimentary breakfast was a frozen breakfast sandwich and a banana. The best part of the hotel was the location, as it was close to shopping and restaurants. We chose this hotel due to its high ratings. Don’t be fooled!

The staff was very eager to make us comfortable. Our AC, was not working right, so they happily got us another room without pause. Honestly, I didn't like that we had booked another place for the next three nights before I knew about this place. I would have stayed there instead. I'm coming back in early October, and I know where I'll be staying.

Good location nice updated rooms . We had a 3 night stay and there was a lot of disturbance from the room across from us through out the night and woke my young children through the night and did not allow us to sleep. Complained to front desk and was told to contact general manager. And we could receive free night stays or get. A refund . Sent him a email and have not heard back it has been over 24 hours .

The hotel is closed for renovations. They transferred me to another hotel, which was horrible: a musty smell, mold in the showers, the elevator wasn't working, the room's AC was noisy all night and I couldn't sleep, and the AC in the breakfast area wasn't working either.

Nothing The place was closed for renovations. When we got there they said our reservation was transferred to a different property a few miles away which ended up being a La Quinta hotel.

Nothing. Inside of property need to renovated The man at front desk was extremely rude. Went to work came back door keys not working. Ask for help with keys while standing in the freezing cold. Guy with large stomach proceeded to tell me he knows how to do his job. Key never worked left me outside of room. Asked him for his name in which he told me no because he knew he was very unprofessional. I asked why he was being so rude he said what do you expect you didn’t pay much. Interrior of location had blood on the wall and door has an inch gap in which the outside air comes through.

Property closed for renovations upon arrival. Nice staff sent me to another hotel. Which only had a room on a floor that was replacing carpets in hallway on my floor. Take your property off booking.com if you are closed!
