Location The face of the property could use a touch-up.

Location was convenient for activities we had planned for the weekend. Staff was rude. Rooms were severely outdated. We requested to move rooms a couple of times because of mold/mildew smell. Screws laying on the floor of the room with doorknobs of the doors. Broken down, chewed and stained furniture. Burn hole in the sheets of the bed. Hair in and on sink that was not ours. What is advertised for room pictures is no where close to what you walk into once you're checked in. Front area, was hot and humid. Breakfast was far from anything. No housekeeping on staff was told to tidy room and switch sheets myself.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and very comfortable. Definitely would stay there again when visiting Lakeland.

Whoever that rude lady is that owns the place needs to give it to someone who has way better customer service skills . She makes the brand look bad.

First hotel of the same name with the correct address said they didn't have a room there for me. She couldn't tell me how to get to the other one. AFTER spending over an hour of driving around and after calling two times and no one answering the call we finally found that hotel. It was a little cleaner. The woman there said the phone didn't ring. Oh I WAS READY TO DRIVE HOME IN THE DARK. EVERTHING FROM THE FIRST QUESTION AND NO SGNS WHERE THE RUG IN HALL WAS MESS UP. FROM A BAD WATER LEAK. I FELL AND HURT MY KNEE AND RIGHT ARM. THE SIGNS WERE THERE THE NEXT MORNING AND I WAS YELLED AT FOR NOT TELLING THE PERSON THAT NIGHT. NOW THINK BACK NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND I WAS TOLD THE PHONE WASNT WORKING. THE MAN WHO HELPED ME UP CAME DOWN FOR BREAKFAST THE NEXT MORNING AND STRONGLY TOLD THEM THAT I DID FALL AND I DID HURT MYSELF. ALSO HE SAID NO SGNS WERE PRESENT. The BREAKFAST was awful. I was telling people to watch the waffle machine it was not working right and burning them. Milk was SOUR.

The room was in terrible shape. Everything was falling apart. The desk fell apart as soon as I put my food on it the door in the bathroom was hanging off the hinges. Do not recommend this hotel

Our keys never worked and had to walk all the way back to the front desk to get reprogrammed more than once. The pool was unsanitary and filthy. Many people living at this hotel. Pillows were flat and lumpy. Bathroom door handle wasn't even screwed in.
