I arrived after a 9 hour drive and Aidou took care of me immediately. A nice welcome bag with waters and cookies was appreciated. Breakfast was terrific with something for everyone. My room was on the 3rd floor, next to the elevator, and I did not hear any noise. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Stay here! You will not be disappointed.

Exceptional

The room setup was wonderful. The property was beautiful!

Location No water pressure in shower and the room doors are very loud when closing. They are so heavy they slam each time you close them. We could hear every door on our floor close at all hours of the day which interrupted our sleeping.

We are regular guests at this hotel and many Hilton, particularly H2S locations. We forgot our extra blankets, creature comforts for the kids when we travel, not a first for us, and always are able to get a few extra for the room so they can bundle up and be cozy, and when asked for more blankets and pillows, there were not many in the room, not enough for 6 of us, the front desk person said there were no more pillows and only gave a a couple of blankets, said she could not leave the desk to get more. It was a busy Saturday, so we tried to be understanding, and we made due, but not what we expected. Not a huge deal, maybe just a teachable moment.

The one thing I was surprised about was the parking fee; even though it was not a big cost. Where does Hilton expect travelers to park? An added fee absorbed by the customer :-(

I love the compilation coffee, breakfast and H2O

The day after I left I got another charge on my credit card so I called to ask why. They said it was the “amenities” fee and that I had been overcharged for it. I haven’t seen a refund for the difference come in. And no email to give a receipt or reason for the charge. She said it was somewhere on their website but it seems sneaky and dishonest as most of us don’t read through an entire website before booking a hotel. I’ve stayed in other locations of Home2 Suites and this has never happened before. I won’t be back based on principle and vomit smell.

I love staying at all your properties across the country we moved here from Colorado and we tried to stay with when we could.

Bigger room

I love home 2 suites! We try to stay at these hotels whenever we can, because we are never disappointed. This particular one was on another level! The all day free cookies, coffee with plenty of lactose free cereal options, the breakfast with actual fresh and yummy choices, had me wishing we'd book more days. Everything was nice and clean and aside from the pillows, the bed was comfortable. The only bad experience was the sticky floors in the breakfast area.

Ryan checked us in. He was super friendly and throughly explained everything to us. The breakfast staff was also amazing.

We have stayed here multiple times, always happy with the place. The smell of the place when you walk in the door is Great, clean smell throughout! Staff is always great!

Disappointing

Charged a facilities/parking fee. Why not include this in the price of the hotel room? Staff at front desk were rude and charged different prices for a bottle of coke. One day it was $4.00 the next day it was $5.00, then it went back to $4.00, etc.
