The pool area is extremely nice. It's quiet and I felt safe. I was very surprised, though. I had to provide a $100 CASH deposit at check-in. Nothing said about it prior. Surprise!

The walls look like dirt has been sitting on them forever. They are not white anymore.

Even though I had problems with my first room Ashley quickly resolved the issue. Very quiet, housekeeping was amazing as well. And I can’t forget about Mrs. Faith the works the night shift. She was very sweet and helpful. I will be booking again soon.

The room had the basics I needed for a one‑night stay, and the location was convenient for getting around Lakeland. The bed was usable, though a bit too soft for my preference. Check‑in was frustrating: after booking by phone with an online representative, the hotel couldn’t find my reservation on arrival and tried to charge about $20 more than quoted, with stern, unapologetic front‑desk staff. I had to step out and book it myself through a third party to get a better deal. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options (a few cereals, apples, mostly watered‑down juice) and a disappointing “breakfast bag” of oat meal packets, a muffin, and granola bars, plus I noticed roaches in the room. Not the type of treatment I was expecting for someone who's held a membership since 2020.
