The pool area is extremely nice. It's quiet and I felt safe. I was very surprised, though. I had to provide a $100 CASH deposit at check-in. Nothing said about it prior. Surprise!

The walls look like dirt has been sitting on them forever. They are not white anymore.

Even though I had problems with my first room Ashley quickly resolved the issue. Very quiet, housekeeping was amazing as well. And I can’t forget about Mrs. Faith the works the night shift. She was very sweet and helpful. I will be booking again soon.

First time here but had a great experience. I requested a low floor room and the staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and had all I needed fresh towels, soap, shampoo and the grounds were well maintained. The pool was nice also in addition to location everything was nearby. THANK YOU!

There was mold on the bedroom ceiling. The bathroom vanity had dried mucus on it, and there was mold in the bathroom. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk refused to accept my credit card; she was uninformed and claimed my MasterCard wasn't accepted because it was a PayPal card—even though it is a credit card—and she was very rude. This will be the last time I book with this company. It was not a pleasant experience. There was a lot of noise in the hallways at bedtime, and the staff was neither professional nor friendly. The breakfast was terrible—more like a light snack. I do not recommend it.
