We were in the area for business reasons and did not stay at the hotel for other than sleeping. It was clean and comfortable. The location was great for after work as there were many restaurant options.

Room had a stale smell to it. Carpet was shredding upon entry to the room. There was hair in the tub. Pillow cases did not smell fresh, had a smell to it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was amazing.It's right in the middle of lakeland so close to everything. The room was well air conditioned and spacious. The beds were decent. Could have been more soft but overall can't complain. Would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn't care for was the sink area being outside the bathroom. Personal peeve. I will stay there again. Ample parking.

The staff was excellent, anyone at the desk was quick and helpful whenever I had questions. I cannot express how wonderful, well trained, professional, friendly and polite they were!

Overall experience was okay, my biggest concern or complaint was that there was no shower gel or lotion. I had to provide my own. Luckily there were nearby stores to buy those things. But I couldn’t believe the hotel was completely out. I thought it wasn’t in my room because staff forgot, only to go downstairs to be told there wasn’t any. I was offered shampoo. That’s something I’ve never used to shower. Other than that everything else was fine.

Location was convenient but the night was loud and noisy due to cars and trucks running at night. We didnt rest or sleep well during our 3 nights stay. If you don't mind the noise, then the location is great but if you want a good night's rest then I wouldn't recommend.

Comfort inn was a great choice. Our room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking was easily available. We will choose Comfort inn again in the future.
