The room was giant. Great for families.

The breakfast and lounge area were very nice, and food & beverages were excellent. The room needed a good cleaning or carpet replacement and chair. TV needs to be mounted on wall for better viewing by guests. Overall our experience was good - just a couple of tweaks to make it GREAT! TY

We were in the area for business reasons and did not stay at the hotel for other than sleeping. It was clean and comfortable. The location was great for after work as there were many restaurant options.

Room had a stale smell to it. Carpet was shredding upon entry to the room. There was hair in the tub. Pillow cases did not smell fresh, had a smell to it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was amazing.It's right in the middle of lakeland so close to everything. The room was well air conditioned and spacious. The beds were decent. Could have been more soft but overall can't complain. Would definitely stay there again.

There was an old sock I found underneath a chair that wasn't mine. No telling how long it had been there. It is right next to a busy road and nothing blocking the noise out except a single pane window, so it was very noisy.

The only thing I didn't care for was the sink area being outside the bathroom. Personal peeve. I will stay there again. Ample parking.
