The price I seen cockroaches in the room

Upon my arrival the receptionist had a note to call if checking in and when I did, the receptionist Shay came up with a very nasty attitude and tried to shun me away saying she had no more rooms and I tried to explain that I already paid for my room and then she says I’m not even clocked in yet. I check in and then go up to my room to find that it was infested with roaches. This is a no go ever again

They don't do breakfast here.The beds The beds they are not comfortable it's like the mattress has been worn out but other than that everything else is okay I'm enjoying my stay here.

Nothing about this location was good The beds were on cheap frames falling apart it said there were dishes in the kitchen nothing was in there the hallways smelled like drugs the doors were left open where anyone could walk into the hotel air conditioner did not work I actually cancelled but of how the hotel was

Cancelled stay due to no power at time of check in and while waiting I was told by occupants that is is roach infested ,also several scratchy looking people were hanging around No roaches . No scetchy people

Once I cleaned my room for 2 hours, the stay was fine for the price.

Smelled like pee

To begin, the property's location is not ideal. The overall impression is that of a low-income housing apartment rather than a hotel. The kitchenette, including a larger refrigerator that was not functional, stove top burner, lacked necessary utensils, cookware, or glassware. Additionally, the cabinetry was in disrepair, and the bed frames, resembling IKEA models, produced noises suggesting imminent collapse. The paint in both the room and bathrooms exhibited significant wear, and the toilet was not clean upon arrival. Lastly, there was an unpleasant, noticeable odor throughout the space.

Location was good It was not very clean, old, the blinds didn’t close all the way so the bright lights lit up the room all night, had roaches in the room, we could hear everything next door and the floor above. No outside security, the lobby doors were open to anyone and it was dirty.

Customer service was great. From the time spent, did not see anything...

They need to clean the rooms every 3 days at most

This story is not for the faint of heart. We arrived to find an irate guest screaming obscenities at the front desk staff. We were told during the check-in process that the locks on the side and back doors of the building weren't working so we should be sure to leave them propped open. The elevator and the hallways smelled of marijuana. The key cards she gave us didn't work because "some of the door locks were having problems lately" so we went back to the front desk where the young lady was calling the police to deal with the angry man. She gave me new keys and those didn't work either. She then personally opened the door for us with her key and we immediately saw roaches crawling all over the tv stand. That was it for us. The room was scary and looked nothing like the photos as well. At that point we all went back to the front desk where the police were detaining the man. The young lady was lovely to us and very apologetic. We did not stay and she was polite and professional. Hotels.com refunded us our money immediately. This is a cautionary tale. Do not stay here.
