The property was in a good location. The air conditioner was blowing out little black pieces and the room smelled like mold.

Nice location Bathroom wasn't thoroughly clean. Strands of hair in the tub and on the floor. (Not ours) The counter where the towels and washcloth were was dusty.

We booked a one-night stay here for an appointment, but unfortunately, we couldn't get any rest. The AC unit was so loud that we couldn't stay in the room or sleep at all, forcing us to spend most of our time sitting in the lobby instead. When we brought this to management's attention, they failed to offer us a room change or address the problem on-site. Their only response was a 15% discount code for a future stay. For travelers who are only visiting once for an appointment, a future discount is completely irrelevant and does not make up for paying for a room we couldn't use. Would not recommend.
