The hotel was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was typical. There was coffee 24/7.

The woman behind the desk was rough and rude. The pool offers no towels. I was told you can't bring breakfast up to your room because the "owner doesn't like that". And breakfast closes at 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning. They are more than happy to kick you out and tell you to hurry up and eat your food so you can leave. This is one I will definitely not be back to.

My only complaint would be the tub drained poorly so I had standing water when I took a shower which gave me major ick but I switched the shower head to a regular spray instead of the power injector mode and it was better but still ended up standing in water just less…. I didn’t bring this to the attention of the staff as I was confident they would have addressed it immediately… I didn’t want to bother moving our stuff to another room when I was already in relax mode and we had already showered and dealt with it for the one shower we would take there. It didn’t ruin my stay. The free breakfast was simple as far as free hotel ones go but stocked and clean. I would definitely stay here if in the area again, except I hope I never go to Polk County again in my life.

Location location location! Next to I-4. Publix, gas station, a few restaurants in the area. Clean and friendly. The lady at check in was very people friendly. Some people that work in customer service lack people skills but this lady was not only friendly but had a jovial personality when she was running down the hotel need-to-knows! It was humorous. She even maintained her composure when a problematic customer came into the lobby-kudos to her! N/A

Location was good and staff were very friendly that we interacted with. Cleanliness. It didn’t feel like a place I wanted to relax in. Just somewhere to sleep and leave. Which is fine but I really wanted to leave after getting up and the bathroom didn’t look, smell, or feel clean. Especially in the shower where there was build up in the corners and stains.

over all I we where happy with everything ! the room was very clean ,the beds were very comfortable , and the staff were very nice as well .I really like how the staff went out their way to call us to see if we where okay due to us ruining late that was very nice . I have nothing bad to say .
