In the end, we had to pay for an additional night in order to stay, while the prepaid night went completely unused\. I understand that hotels have policies, but great customer service is shown when staff make a genuine effort to help guests whenever possible\. After a long day of traveling, a little flexibility and empathy would have made a big difference\.

The hotel is very good for the price. Denis at the front desk is amazing and provides perfect customer service. I recommend people like her for work with customers. Good decision-making.

I stayed for two nights and they were good. Allison who worked at the front desk on arrival was very helpful and nice. The room was nice it had a microwave and mini fridge. The AC worked. The bed was comfortable and the pillow was bit flat and hard. The location is great if you’re heading to Tampa or Orlando. If you take the backroads behind the hotel it will lead you to plenty of restaurants and the mall.

This is the cleanest hotel I have seen in a very long time. The water pressure in the shower is great. The bed was comfortable. We were woken up at 4am by the kids in the room next to us. The walls are pretty thin. The pool was enjoyable. We actually canceled our stay at a different hotel and extended our stay here. The location is convenient to highways and walkable to Applebee’s, Wendy’s, and Starbucks.

Price was convenient for my one day stay. We were pleased and would not mind booking there again.

Breakfast was very bland. Everyday the same thing. Cold hard boiled eggs and sausages, cereal, oatmeal packets and stale bread.
