Stayable Lakeland is an affordable extended-stay hotel midway between the Tampa and Orlando. The hotel has a prime location on I-4 (exit 33) minutes from Publix Field, Lake Gibson and a ton of shopping options. All guest rooms come equipped with full-sized refrigerators, microwaves, free Wi-Fi, fiber video channels. Our studio units have kitchenettes. The hotel has a gas station with convenience store and laundry facilities on the premises. The hotel has a giant resort-style pool and a new playground for kids. The Tampa International Airport is 25 miles, the Orlando International Airport is 35 miles and the Lakeland Linder Regional Airport is 15 miles away. Visitors will enjoy browsing the shops at the nearby Lakeland Square mall. A variety of restaurants can be found in the surrounding area. The city of Lakeland has been the spring training home of the Detroit Tigers baseball team since 1934. This Florida city has more than 38 lakes, offering recreational opportunities for almost anyone. There is also a golf course nearby.

Very nice rooms just need some little more TLC on maintaining them. We have problems with the TV. The headboard came down. The door doesn’t shut right and beeps all night cause it’s electronic other than that it’s a very spacious room.

The staff was nice but we left after about 45 min there was roaches crawling on the walls something spilled all over the ac pubic hair on the cvathroom floor along with a nasty rag that i wasn't touching it!

I did not like the fact that they stole 80.00 out of my wallet! I did not get my 100.00 deposit back. So I would say they pretty shady! Will not be using them again!! Pretty bad when you leave your wallet in the room andcan employee steals it!!

The room was not like their stock photos nor was it clean. Be prepared for nothingness. I had to convince the nightstand to be a dining table to eat because there was not a single other table or chair.

The renovation The people very rude and not nice . And the fact that it's 12:32 I checked out at 11:00 and still have not received my deposit back and I cannot Uber to my next destination without my deposit money.

The affordability and friendliness. The plol was fin , they allowed family to come and wisit. The walls were thin in the adjoining room.Yhe room was very basic.

This place is run by an offsite group. The staff can’t do anything but ask someone offsite for what they’re supposed to do next. Totally misrepresented on website. Run down doesn’t begin to describe this place. Was told I would receive refund for all but first night after trying to check in and rejecting to stay there. Haven’t received a dime to date. Don’t walk, run away from this place.
