It was very clean even clean enough for baths nice washer and dryer’s Location was weird keys rarely worked and the coffee pot I had to go down to the front desk ended up not working staff wasn’t pleasant felt overpriced

Primero el sofá cama estaba completamente roto, no tenían sábanas extra. Ofrecen desayuno hasta las 10am. Fuimos a desayunar con los niños a las 9:20am aproximadamente. Y nos dijeron que no nos podían dar ya nada por que solo dan una cierta cantidad de comida al día y ya habían cumplido con la cantidad. Nunca había escuchado algo así, además que en ningún lado decía “mientras dure” dice desayuno hasta las 10am. Horrible la experiencia

The pool The 717 i paid and the couch in our room was shredded which is a bacteria risk the pull out couch bed didnt even have a sheet on it and the pillows were gross. Drawers weren't cleaned I wasnt impressed with their breakfast options garbage left under the couch lazy people didnt put the bumpers on the box spring to hold the bed together so my husband got up in the morning his ankle hit the bar because its so close to the wall and the bar stuck out far his head went through their flat screen tv. The front desk will tell you they only have 1 roll of tp and all the housekeepers have the rest but then you go to the house keepers and they tell you you need to get it from the front desk. Dont forget your favorite german roaches.

They took my money and then said they couldn't give us a room bc allegedly my friend was on the dnr list although they rented to him the night before

Service was great! Ice machine was broken as well as the first floor bathrooms, but the laundry room was great as well as the pool. Room was a little small for 6 people. There were 2 times where someone knocked on our room door and ran, but overall was a great stay!

It’s just ok

The staff there is rude to put it mildly they treat everyone like they're a bother or a nuisance when you ask him for something then if you don't check out exactly by 11:30 on the DOT they threaten you with date charges and they stand there at your door knocking every 2 minutes until you get out completely unprofessional and uncalled for and unnecessary rudeness I would never go back I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy

The staff The property is simply not in good condition. It’s not necessarily that everything is old—it’s that everything looks poorly maintained. You can already imagine the condition of the rooms from the moment you step into the elevator. The breezeway and common areas look terrible and have very poor lighting. Once we got to the room, things didn’t get any better. The room was extremely humid, the furniture was old and literally falling apart, and the A/C didn’t work properly. I understand that hotels deal with difficult customers and that not every guest will be happy with everything, but people should at least be able to enjoy a clean, comfortable stay for the money they are paying. The common areas should be well-lit and maintained, and the room should feel clean, fresh, and comfortable. Instead, I honestly felt dirtier after taking a shower than I did before. This property needs attention. Whoever is managing this hotel is doing a poor job of keeping up with basic maintenance and the overall condition of the facility. The property is clearly overdue for some improvements—not necessarily a complete renovation, but at least proper maintenance, better lighting, working A/C, cleaner rooms, and furniture that isn’t falling apart. Management needs to invest some time and money into this property because guests deserve much better than its current condition.
