So we had two rooms , the second room the main door did not latch well. Housekeeping cleaned the room and did not latch the main door thus leaving the room unsecured all day. There was no hot water at all, Lukewarm at best with one day with only cold. Carpet with large stain in one of the rooms, missing ceiling tiles in the hallway. Not all was horrible though, hot breakfast was good, Maria at the front desk was very helpful.

The rooms are definitely dated and not the most current. The staff was helpful! I’m pretty sure we personally wouldn’t stay again.

The only thing was on the fourth floor the floor was like caving in a little bit like there's water damage or whatever so that might want to be fixed and before someone falls through
