So dirty outside and the room. Roaches and small bugs in the bed. Didn't stay at this hotel. Slept in my car dirty elevator. No remote for the TV horrible place ever seen.

I’ve seen drug paraphernalia in the bathroom and throughout the room the AC leaks the room smells of smoke and a wet smell The door has a crack in it or it’s the weatherstrip The seal doesn’t close all the way the bedroom sheets were dirty and stained. I had to purchase my own bedding. Big bug infestation Tv has no plug I had to buy a projector I think the room has fleas I have small bites on my kids and myself It’s stains on the wall and each light switch It’s drug activity ther please don’t stay unless you have no choice like I did roaches and spiders Smoking in the elevator Need to hire food help and people who care about maintaining the facility

Location Bugs dirty tub had to shower with my slides on and room smelled awful... Definitely will not repeat.

Nothing The way I was treated like I was insignificant I was a pain customer and was forced to stay in another room because the key did not work one night and did not have access to any of my stuff I checked out the next day and I have still not received a refund for the balance of the week this place sucks and there has been no way to get any contact with the owner who is supposed to approve the refund all I'm asking for is $360 back I only stayed One Night in my room the next night I had to stay in another room because they had no way of getting me into my room and they would not call a locksmith to take care of the problem this place is no good it's not a place where I would recommend anyone else to ever stay no customer service no consideration for paying customers and the atmosphere was that of a an episode of intervention
