The location. Kitchen Burner tops didn’t work during part of the stay and took way too long to fix so was forced to eat out more than planned and food was wasted due to inability to cook. Also had a toilet paper shortage and had to go out and purchase our own because requests took too long. Would have been nice if laundry facilities were available to residents. Was told laundry facility was for staff only.

Just the location Customer service wasn’t honest when i arrived, it took a hour to book me In then the front desk worker put me and a dirty room with roaches everywhere plus the roaches got into my food , I didn’t have no toilet paper , I told the front desk worker she move me the next morning and advised me she will let her manager know but she didn’t I had to say something and she played like she didn’t know anything I booked a room for two nights and only was allowed to stay for one night because customer service said they don’t take American Express card but my room was already booked and paid for so basically I feel scammed and. Too lie too

Mattress dirty,sheets were old and stained but once I fixed things up to my liking it’s a great room for the price.property is well maintained,quiet and no issues

So dirty outside and the room. Roaches and small bugs in the bed. Didn't stay at this hotel. Slept in my car dirty elevator. No remote for the TV horrible place ever seen.
