Clean, easy parking and good location

I was very impressed with this motel/hotel. It looked like it was recently updated. It is very well maintained. The room was very clean. I was able to park right in front of my door. There are many restaurants and shops a half a mile up the road. Staff was kind and helpful. The price for the hotel was very good. I have nothing but good things to say. I don't have any criticisms. I will definitely stay there again.

The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities.

Service sucks and it was pricey for what they seeved

For the money, the place was good, room was clean. Great location near, mall, downtown Lancaster and spooky nook.

The value for the money was good.. the room was clean, the bathroom was also. The a/c was welcome in the heat the first day. The accommodations, for the money, certainly met expectations. The staff was friendly and maid service was good.

It was close to everything on our list of things to do. They need to put a coffee maker in the rooms instead of us having to ring a bell to get in the door to get a cup of coffee.

No cups in the bathroom. No coffee in the room.. TV was out of service, clock radio didn’t work. Charged my credit card; even though I told them that I was paying cash for the room.. Made me pay 100.00 deposit before they gave me the keycard, said that it would be returned after inspection of the room at checkout!!!

Staff was rude. They advertised free coffee until 9am but that was false. Couldn't even access coffee area at 6. No vending for snacks or drinks. Fridge was not cold. Sheets were stained . Bed was horrible, woke up with back pain. TV did not give good clarity.

This was a very basic place to stay. Room was good for one night rest from a long road trip. We stay in Lancaster-area often. For future stays, we prefer a hotel with more amenities.

Close to everything we needed. Good price. Easy check in and check out.

The room was great. Everything was clean and working. Beds are soft, water is hot. Great location to everything.
