Nothing good to say, I saw a roach in the room still waiting to get my refund

This property needs to shut down. Health hazards.

No good customer service

I needed a low cost stay. Served my purposes very well.

When I went their site to look up the address, Texas site said "Closed Permanently " When I got there, it looked like it should be closed. The outside looked a ghetto. The parking lot was terrible. The room looked nothing like the advertisement. Lots of damage in the room. There were holes in the curtains- patched with band-aids. The room smelled like smoke, with burn marks on the furniture. 3 bed pillows didn't equal one decent pillow when put together. They did have decent cable.

The room was filthy. Rusty fridge. Parking lot littered with beer cans. I would not rent there again.

Terrible,

The worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. Holes in walls, dated furnishings, door hanging off the walls, shower head sent water everywhere. Got caught out with having to pay a $100 deposit for the room at check in which I'd have understood if anything in that room was worth that much. Don't do it to yourself, book elsewhere.

The room was awful cigarette burns on the comforter toilet, not secure room smelled of cat pee, and bathroom smelled of cigarettes main door did not latch correctly bed and pillows were severely uncomfortable no headboard room felt very sticky

Stayed in room which was poorly lit. Only 5 TV stations available. Got a lot of time to read.

It was ok

It's a complete garbage dump.

Need to be better cleaned

Está en muy mal estado el hotel, para mi no está en condición de que funsione en verdad para mi no vale la pena hospedarse, lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Didnt put on the app that you needed a deposit of 100 to stay after reseravations

Fecal matter smeared on the walls, a used needle behind the bathroom door, the smell was horrible. Over all just not clean at all. People live here and it’s clearly a drug hotel and not somewhere to stay with small children in which I had two toddlers and I didn’t even allow them to walk on the floors because of how dirty the carpets was. I never even got my deposit back after checking out.
