Holiday Inn Lancaster by IHG

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was yummy, and the parking garage was extremely close.

The really disgusting part was the bathtub. I was disgusted by having to shower in a bathtub with 3 or 4 inches of sitting water. My husband felt unsafe in the bathtub. The grab bar is on one corner and he couldn't hold on to it while showering.

Only thing is that we did not have an iron in the room but had an ironing board. Actually needed one but made do.

My stay went well. Nice hotel. Nice restaurant. Nice rooms. Great atmosphere and location. Service was good. Not the greatest for big truck parking. They end up letting me park in the tour bus area on the street. Because that there’s no place to park a big truck. Vac truck, semi trailer, ect

Room had a musty smell and a small hole in the bottom of the bath tub. Rooms need to be refreshed.

Room was not serviced, room phone did not work and was missing hairdryer. Brought us clean towel but could not clean room as housekeeping had left for the day was disappointing.

The woman at the help desk was wonderful. Lent her personal charger to me which was much appreciated. Hotel was nice and breakfast fresh and staff was incredibly attentive. Overall a great stay!

Suit is what we got and it’s worth it pool is very small and gym as well breakfast not bad

Never again with discount hotels and especially with Expedia for me!

The location was perfect and the city beautiful

You have to pay for parking. The windows blinds doesn’t close properly and the outside lights and the sunlight early in the morning didn’t lets me sleep.

Hotel is in a great spot of downtown Lancaster with many restaurants and shops all around.And hotel staff were genuinely nice and helpful throughout my stay. Would recommend to any future guests.

Decent breakfast but everyday serve the same foods, hotel is in a great location, staffs are friendly, room is clean with decent size. However the sound proof of the building is quite bad, I can hear the next door talking and the door is making quite a loud noise when close, if you are light sleeper, you may find it hard to relax. The hotel should also advise visitors not to make loud noises after 11pm.

Parking was close and easy. I booked on booking.com and was a chagrined about not having voucher for breakfast.

The breakfast was great and staff very kind. The parking situation was also very convenient and efficient. No issue getting in and out of the garage.
