Your name? I need to see ID. I need an email Phone number? You’re on the ninth floor. Not how many keys do you need. No the elevators are to the right. No will you need assistance with your bags? No have a nice evening. She was just an ignorant little brat that made it very obvious we were bothering her by checking in.

Really nice place to stay, comfortable beds, nice pool, easy parking. My only issue as the loud base of the music I could hear late at night that was hard to drown out and the occasional muscle car revving their engine down the road at 2am for no reason.

The staff was absolutely no help. They charged my company credit card on site for parking and did not send me a receipt. I called three times and each time was told it was being sent to me. Absolutely zero help and wasted my time. Never again will stay at this place.

Breakfast was good and bar food was good, staff friendly and helpful. Lot of road noise. Hotel in general had noisy and loud guests that should have been monitored or spoken to by staff. This is not a peaceful environment.

Multiple mix-ups with room numbers that meant I entered somebody else’s room whilst it was occupied, and somebody else entered my room at 11pm…

Great location and very nice breakfast. The fact that I was charged for breakfast twice. Once with the room rate and then again when I actually went for breakfast the guy charged me again. I read a review that a lady put up who said the same and to watch out for it. So someone is either on a scam or doesn’t know what they are doing.

The humidity is very strong in the rooms. Pool wasn’t open for the first few days of our stay.
