Had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the hotel and the room were very clean.

I loved my stay here. The property was well maintained. The staff were very professional and helpful. The parking around the area is tight but there were designated spaces in the parking garage for Marriott guests. The price was high but I stayed on a very busy weekend.

The convenience to city destinations was ideal for walking. The restaurant Plough was magnificent. The noise at night with a bar outside our room on the rooftop next door and raving cars and motorcycles. Also chiming of a bell tower. The comfort of the bed was ruined by noise. Did not like the long trip to the parking garage multiple times a day.

The location of the hotel is great. I think it is overpriced for what you get. The beds weren’t very comfortable. Our double bed sloped to the middle. The room had no extra amenities. It wasn’t worth $500.

Exceptional

The location was convenient and the check-in process was straightforward. The lobby and common areas appeared well maintained. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. The bathroom was not as clean, the wallpaper was peeling in several areas, and the thermostat did not work properly, making it difficult to keep the room comfortable. Overall, the room felt dated and poorly maintained, especially for a Marriott property.

El lugar es muy bonito, cómodo y acogedor . Pero me párese el costó un poco alto para el tipo de instalación que es , es muy bonito no me lo tomen a mal pero muy costoso para el lugar

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. You really do not need to use your car. Nothing of note

The staff was courageous and well informed about the surroundings and very helpful with checking in. I would definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family who are traveling to the Lancaster area. Nothing. Everything was spectacular

The staff could not have been nicer. Nothing was a problem, went out of their way to help.

Rooms had mini fridge but no microwave. That was inconvenient. The restaurant Plough had very good food

My main takeaway was how underwhelming my room was for a Marriott property and the bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly but did not explain certain amenities available that I heard was brought up with other guests in line . I have stayed at Marriott properties before and this was by far the least favorite. When in that area again I will seek other places to stay.
