The staff was super

My husband needed assistance in the parking area, and a female employee came to assist us. Unfortunately, her attitude was extremely unpleasant. She was rude, impatient, and treated us in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. In addition, some of the employees at the front desk were not friendly or welcoming. We expected courteous, respectful, and professional service from a Marriott hotel. What was most disappointing was that we reported the situation to the hotel staff, but no action was taken to address our concerns. We did not even receive an apology for the way we were treated. As guests, we believe the minimum we should have received was for someone to listen to our concern, acknowledge what happened, and offer an apology. Unfortunately, none of that happened. We paid for our stay and expected service that reflected the standards of Marriott. Instead, this experience was very disappointing and negatively affected our stay. I respectfully request that management take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and provide us with a response. Given the circumstances, I also believe it would be appropriate for Marriott to consider some form of compensation for this experience. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to hearing from management regarding this matter.

Great stay

Location was good but very difficult to park and unload Only one elevator worked. Two wedding parties staying at hotel caused a large delay

Beds were very comfortable Coffee maker was missing a piece.

Breakfast Buffet was delicious. Problem with the AC in the room. Called the front desk and they came up within 10 minutes and took care of the problem.

Every was good for our stay and the location was fantastic. The parking is a little complicated to get to, but once you’ve found the way, it’s easy. There should directions for the parking that accompany your reservation.

This is a very nice hotel. Which was a bit unexpected given the surrounding neighborhood area. I should note that while this was a family trip (me, my wife and our two kids) this hotel leans into a corporate / adult atmosphere. The parking garage was conveniently close. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We ordered dinner from PLOUGH (restaurant) and the food was fantastic! Overall, I would give this hotel a strong 9 out 10 stars.

Proximity to downtown. The professionalism and enthusiasm of the Concierge. The 24 hour garage parking permit for only $15. The ability to check in early if a room was available, which it was (checked in at 2pm instead of 4pm). One of the bed's sheets were soiled. Pillows were chunky and uncomfortable. The room's motif and atmosphere was bland and impersonal, not very homey or relaxing. Room lighting was very dim. Very skimpy on toiletries amenities. They could have provided mouthwash, a cheap razor, feminine hygiene products, a floss pick. Anything more than a bar of hand soap and cheap moisturizer. No menus for thier restaurants in the room.

Watch out for the parking voucher from the hotel desk as it didn't work for me and I was charged at the counter for the adjoining parking lot and then again at the lot when I tried to exit. The parking kiosks are unmanned, so you will get no assistance.

The location is great and the property is very pretty, clean, and the staff is friendly. Took off a star for a few things - the rooms have no microwave, you have to go all the way to the lobby to use a communal microwave and there are no full length mirrors in the rooms, just the mirror in the bathroom. For a higher end hotel with higher prices, these things should really be in each room.

One side of the bed had a clock, plugs USB ports. The other side had nothing with no electrical plugs in reach
