Location is fantastic! There are lots of different shops and restaurants very close by but also it is within short driving distance from different landmarks, venues, activities, etc. in the area. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We were even able to check in earlier than anticipated. Our room was comfortable and spotless. All the appliances and fixtures were in perfectly working order. All in all it was a great stay and we’d come back again. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the breakfast setup but that’s probably just my own preference. The food itself was perfectly fine. Probably my only other “complaint” would be that the elevators were an overly warm like there wasn’t A/C or ventilation. This was no issue anywhere else in the hotel. Everywhere else was very comfortable.

Rooms were spacious for us and 2 young kids. Free breakfast was very good, especially the waffles. Conveniently located around a lot of store and attractions. We liked that it was close to the Strasburg Railroad.

I was quoted a specific price, including taxes, via Expedia. When I went to the counter to check out, after a minute of the person being on her phone she asked if I wanted a paper receipt or email. I stated an email and she said “have a nice day” and went back to her phone. I checked my credit card and found I was charged $50 more than Expedia stated. I have not received an email so can’t determine who to be pissed at, Home2 or Expedia.

The sleep sofa mattress in rm 432 needs to be replaced, it was lumpy, noisy and very uncomfortable

Very dirty carpet in the room and bad smell. Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap containers empty to the last drop, and very little toilet paper. Staff is unfriendly.

Had an electricity outage throughout the night due to a severe storm and an electricity outage in the entire state. Nevertheless, spent a wonderful, romantic evening with a family in the room and received discounts on snacks and drinks during the stay. And free ice cream in the morning for children. Staff was very nice and loved our experience there.

The hotel is on a quiet property across the street, you have a huge shopping center makes you feel like in the Center.

For my 1st visit here !Home2Suites by Hilton Lancaster, everything was extremely good from check in to the room, The pool & Weight room, The Breakfast was over the top waffles, eggs, Oatmeal, French toast ? All the Coffee ☕️ one could drink.. 30minutes away from Tangers Outlet, But, here's the Bonus it Literally a Mall directly across the Highway (Loaded with stores). Did I mention the indoor pool Yes! I will definitely come back. Thanks, for having us... Amen ? Keep up The Good work. I have No Complaints...

Great room with a fridge, dishwasher, sync, microwave, and plates/glasses. Comfortable bed; just an all around good experience!

Breakfast has a bit more variety than the usual hotel breakfast. Cinnamon French toast on the morning I was there was quite good except for the crust being slightly too hard. Also had the usual waffle maker, eggs, cereal, etc.
