The hotel is very clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable as was the entire room. I’d stay here again if ever I had to be in the Lancaster area. It’s a neat place to stay and the complimentary breakfast was good for hotel breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable hotel.

We overnighted here for a birthday celebration and the hotel and staff were very nice. Definitely a nice boutique style and for the price it can’t be beat.

Really lovely hotel, every staff person was very helpful. Our room was clean and updated with usb ports etc. comfortable and very nicely decorated. The gym was clean and equipment was good. Breakfast was open for a long time and well stocked. We had the restaurant for dinner and it was wonderful. Overall a really a really great stay and we will be back for sure.

Property is really unique and clean. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was really good. Attached restaurant and bar was very good too.

Not really a family hotel. It’s smaller and there is not really an area to congregate for things like game night etc. There is no gym inside the hotel. The gym options are a pass to the YMCA across the street or a very small on site gym that is only accessed by going outside and into the parking garage. In my opinion, not very safe. There is no pool on sight. The rooms are really small. The hardwood floors in the rooms were off putting. The hotel, including the rooms, had very poor lighting. The staff is friendly. The house keepers and the woman taking care of breakfast were very friendly. The surrounding area has a lot of small shops and restaurants that we were able to visit. This was enjoyable. I would stay here again only if for business or a short trip with a very small group. It was not a bad experience, just not what I was expecting. Hotels.com were not very helpful. There was a mixup in the booking fees. The front desk clerk helped us figure things out at checkout.

Great spot. I would go back.

Staff cancelled reservations 10 days before arrival date. Didn’t notify us and hotel was sold out of rooms. We booked 7 months ahead of time. Treated us horribly and didn’t help with what to do.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was tasty nice options for continental breakfast. On-site restaurant is farm to table good options. Unique rooms in a good way. High ceilings hardwood floors super comfy bed. We do appreciate a re-purposed property. They did an excellent job! We also liked a covered garage for our car during a heat wave. Would definitely stay again

The hotel itself is conveniently located. The hotel has a great vibe. The artwork on the walls is neat and visually pleasing. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but people were coming to eat dinner that weren't staying at the hotel. Our initial room (on the 2nd floor) was really dated and didn't look much like the photos online. While that wasn't the main concern, the air wasn't cooling (in fact, the temps went up a few degrees). The bed was saggy (edges firm, middle bottomed out). When we called to ask to have maintenance come to check the air, they let us know that maintenance was gone for the day, but offered to let us switch rooms. We packed up and moved to a different room (also on the 2nd floor). This room visually was better - it was bigger, with super high ceilings, brick walls - looked just like the photos online. However, the bed was just as uncomfortable (edges firm, middle bottomed out) - so you kind of "roll" toward the middle. The air temp registered that it was at least 'cooler' but never felt like it really cooled off. The hallways were cooler than the rooms. The bathrooms were great - hot water and great water pressure. Nice appearance and very clean bathrooms. If we were traveling back through, I would choose to stay some place else just simply because of the beds and the air.

We were in Lancaster for the night. We were happy with the hotel. It was clean, I loved that it was all about the art and located in a historic building. The location was great and we walked almost everywhere.

Cool building with brick walls. Breakfast was just okay.

Love the unique design of the rooms and hotel. Comfortable beds and awesome bar. When visiting our son next time we will definitely stay here.
