Lancaster Arts Hotel

Love the art theme of the room with a tablet to draw on not just a little mini pad real art on the walls cleverly designed doors into the bathroom. I wanted to move in not just rent the room, pleasant color palette. Walking distance to shopping, coffee shops, churches, parks. Unique lobby and Lovely breakfast. We enjoyed a little keyboard fun on the in tune piano at the entrance.

This place is so cool! Converted old tobacco factory. Art everywhere. FREE parking! Just book it.

Property is not in a nice location.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately, it's quite noisy. I hardly got any sleep due to the traffic and some people blasting their car stereos at night. I've stayed in airport hotels, with planes flying overhead that were soundproofed and much quieter.

Great potential but underwhelming, both...

This hotel is a beautifully renovated warehouse with modern touches, full of local art for sale. The bulding is clean and impressive. Garage parking is adjacent and downtown historic Lancaster is within a ten to fifteen minute walk. The only complaint is the free breakfast, remarkable in its low quality, equivalent to standard chains and a poor reflection of the hotel's upscale feel. I will especially note the cheap thin silverware which was barely a step up from plastic. Owners should step up this part of the business to match the investment in the bulding and it's fine style.

Guest of the hotel get a pass to the Y which is across the street. The hotel has a small gym too, but it’s very small. Is it easy to walk downtown. Free parking.

Nice hotel with an excellent restaurant in a great downtown location. However, our room was overdue for an update. Mattress was a bit saggy, bathroom grout was cracked and dirty, AC was noisy and TV had no streaming.

Nice property. Dinner on property was decent. Would have appreciated coffee or breakfast in the morning. It was advertised in the flyer but unavailable. All staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable and the room was really clean.
