Lancaster Arts Hotel

Very special attitude by the staff. Location, beautiful city My room facing street, but city is quiet

All was good and the quality of the restaurant was excellen

Exceptional

I was in a room near some mechanical equipment that came in in the middle of the night. It shook the room and was extremely loud. It lasted for what felt like 30-90 minutes. Other web reviews mention similar experiences, but no hadn’t seen them prior to my stay.

Hotel was located closed to everything. Breakfast was good and Good cozy and clean.

Lots of design and charm and well maintained

The place itself is very cool. The hotel rooms were unique and you can see the historical character which is great. The rooms are a little run down and could be a little bit cleaner. The parking there was very tight and the parking garage on the second floor was very very tight to get up to but it worked out OK. Its in walking distance to some restaurants and bars.

Perfect location, thoughtfully designed, clean facilities, great to have a nice restaurant. My room 216 was near some sort of HVAC that vibrated the whole room, which was noisy and also shook the lamps. Also, there was no formal bag check available— you just store you suitcase in the business center (which worked, just odd).

Parking availability Breakfast

It was good hotel, we would definitely come again.

The hotel was excellent, very clean, beautifully decorated, great breakfast, and very helpful staff. I traveled with my family and my 8-year old had one of his drawings displayed in the elevator. He loved it!

Paid for a room with a bath, but it didn't have one, and the shower was pretty weak. Also the staff kept ignoring the do not disturb sign on the door and knocked loudly, repeatedly for turndown service and to clean the room the next morning. Why have the signs if you don't observe them.

Also the rose lent a “sweet” stay!

Was a nice hotel, big rooms. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good in the shower. Would stay again

Exceptional

The breakfast was good but could be.a little better.

Great location. Easy parking. Friendly staff.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We stayed in a king room and it was large, quiet and impressive. Little things like real glass bottled water and comfy, fluffy bathrobes. Our experience with Natalie at the front desk was unforgettable. She took note that I had a tear in a wallet and while we moved into our room, stitched it for me! We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
