Cork Factory Hotel Lancaster

A note for other travelers. Expedia says breakfast is included - it is NOT. A lot of other travelers were also confused about this. Big disappointment for us since we were here on work and had to take extra time of our day to go find food. Don't drink the water coming from your bathroom sink. It tastes like mold - learned the hard way, ha. Everything else was great. Rooms are comfy and spacious, staff is friendly, and location is good.

Pleasant experience

This was a very nice hotel located in a convenient and easy to find area of Lancaster. Check in went smoothly, parking was easy, staff were very friendly, and the hotel was really unique. I would definitely stay here again. My only comments, I wish the dining area would have been open beyond 9:00 PM however it was a week day (understandable). The floors did squeak in our room and you can certainly hear anyone walking around in the room above you. It may not be like this in all rooms however this was the case during our stay. Again, not a significant issue but something to mention. Rooms were nice and had a bit of character; the historical aspect was also enjoyed.

They allowed me to check in earlier on a holiday weekend, which was much appreciated due to the long drive and high temps. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay

Everyone on the staff was super nice and accommodating. The hotel is lovely and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and it was located really well for exploring Lancaster and Columbia. The two areas we were visiting. Highly recommend it.

It’s a super cute hotel with a few buildings . The beds are comfortable. Would love if each building had a little place to sit like the lobby does but don’t let that hold you back. Overall we had a great stay albeit quick.

Unique hotel with very comfortable rooms and wonderful staff. Restaurant looked nice but didn’t have time to try it. Coffee in the lobby with limited breakfast options for purchase. Would be nice if there was a place to sit outdoors and maybe some baked goods? 15 minute walk to the heart of Lancaster. Will be back again!

Everything was clean good service nothing bad just a bit pricey……………………..

The carpet is so dirty it turned out feet brown walking on it….our shower and toilet had someone else's hair on it and overall the room felt very outdated. Parking was limited and very difficult due to the events they had going on.

The facility was maintained nicely, clean and provided an enjoyable visit. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent! Can’t wait to go again!

Great place clean room with good parking

We had a great stay. The room was exactly what we needed for our one night stay. TV was not the greatest but not a big deal. Dinner at the restaurant was very good.
