Cork Factory Hotel Lancaster

Neat place. Parking could be a challenge when they have weddings going on. Could use larger TV in rooms. Better lighting in bathroom..

A very nice hotel with kind, helpful, attentive staff

Rustic.Large clean rooms. Restaurant on site with great food and fantastic wait staff. Parking Lot

We had a great stay at the Cork hotel and loved the decor! Staff was very nice!

Clean and comfy! Wonderful staff. Very friendly. Nice to have a restaurant and bar in the building. The walls in some rooms (I’ve been in 4) were a bit thin.

The place was nicely designed Liked everything

Superb

Not so good . Wanted to take a shower before an important event and there was no hot water . It was fixed when I returned after my event , but damage was done . Staff was helpful . Parking was tight . They honored a 1 hr late checkout request. 50/50 on another stay .

The space is unique and mattress comfortable. Pillows were too firm. We would have liked a mix of firm and soft to meet different preferences. Lighting is dreadful. Need much more white light I. Bathroom to apply makeup, etc.

Beautiful hotel! Ballroom for a wedding is just spectacular you won’t regret it! My nieces wedding was amazing, food was outstanding and staff unmatched!

Parking was tricky as there was a lot of confusing signage in the parking lot. Our suite was spacious but the lighting was a bit dingy. The bathroom was particularly dark due to minimal lighting and dark tiled walls and floor. Higher wattage light bulbs near the couch would be helpful as would more spotlights or light fixtures in general. Light switch by the bed that controlled the outlets that the bedroom lamps are plugged into are convenient but made it so that our phones did not charge all night until we figured that out the next morning.

Lovely big rooms, good quality furnishings There was no bar or restaurant open on the day we stayed. It's a good walk from the centre of town.

Cool location. Nice room. I read about the noise. My kid and I went there, and a wedding had just ended. No noise. It was a pleasant stay.

Our stay was excellent; staff was accommodating room was comfortable shower was very cool made with colored tile restaurant food and staff were wonderful especially the server Doni she was the best and made our stay special would definitely return to the factory and restaurant. The coffee bar could have offed a few muffins or bagels and some Decaf coffee since they don't offer breakfast.

Exceptional

Great hotel. 4th floor is the best

This hotel is just right for our coming and going to North Carolina. It’s our 1/2 way stop over. Hotel restaurant is amazing. Food is delicious and service from staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, not sound proof. We’re planning a third trip through in November. It’s our new go to!

Great staff. Excellent small retail area. Nice decor. A little dark.

Unique building for a hotel. Fun experience.

Beautiful building First I requested a first floor room didn’t get it ,beds didn’t sleep well,no coffee maker in the room sorry for the price it wasn’t that great
