The hotel is a charming old building with exposed brick in the rooms. The bar and restaurant area is well decorated and has an upscale older feel. Everyone is friendly and accommodating
-
Very interesting use of old factory components. Loved the beams and lofty ceilings

Also, we were denied our request for a 1-hour late checkout. They said 11:00 AM checkout was required to clean room even though next checkin was at 4:00PM. In Summary, rooms were nice, good location to downtown, but customer service was poor. Also, no breakfast available near this hotel.

The hotel is in a beautifully restored factory, with authentic/antique beams/structural components. We did find that when someone occupied the room above us, the floor above us did creak and make some noise that was loud enough to wake us up. It's what you should expect for staying in a historic building. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good. My wife and I had 2 great meals there with tasty drinks. I highly recommend both!

The hotel is very cool visually. The room was nice and comfortable and mostly clean (there was a pile of some cracker crumbs or something on the floor near the window). However, the complaints about noise are not overstated. I could clearly hear the room overs whole conversation and they were just speaking in conversational tone. I heard people walking above me as if I were in someone’s basement and they were stomping all over the floors. I only stayed a night but that would be miserable for a longer stay. Bring earplugs or skip it unless you are a quick and heavy sleeper!

From the check-in desk to the restaurant waitress, we were treated so well! Very friendly and very helpful! Your hotel is pretty and very clean!

Loved the industrial chic aesthetic and spacious rooms! The exposed brick and high ceilings gave the room so much character. The staff were welcoming and helpful The food and drinks were top-notch.

Room was clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. Older building so floors creak so you hear people walking above you. Room was very good except tv was small. For hotel like this, they should have a bigger TV and updated with smart features.
-
Very unique hotel, spacious and clean rooms and friendly staff.
-
Unique old factory feel, yet clean as a whistle. Although TV isn't very important to us, if it is to YOU, consider that the unit in our room was no bigger than 32-inches, probably less. And since the room was 1 or 2 feet bigger than average jn both directions (yay!), that screen looks even smaller from the bed. And since Walmart practically gives away large TVs, well, they could do better. Otherwise, a great deal, though nowhere really to walk to except McDonald's and a slow restaurant around the corner. Thumbs up for our 3-night, weekday stay.

Gym isn't really well-maintained. Beside that, everything was good.
-
Very helpful on where to dine!

In room coffee would make this a perfect stay! Read reviews and had some concern about noise but were in a 4th floor room, so no one above us, and at the end of a hallway so neighbors only on one side. That said we had a quiet stay and appreciated the black out blinds. Wide variety of walkable choices for dinner. We chose to walk to the Horse Inn but the on property restaurant looked very good too. Unfortunately we only had one night to spend in Lancaster, but would definitely stay here as a base for a longer stay in this part of PA.

Clean room with comfortable bed but discolored toilet seat and dingy towels. Room was great but bathroom was so-so. I would suggest some new towels and a padded desk chair to make this review worthy of 5 stars.

The room was lovely, the restaurant was great, and the staff was welcoming and friendly! Excellent stay!

Loved the place ! Will return for sure

This was definitely a hidden gem under all the brick. Absolutely beautiful place. The rooms were spacious and the location was with a few blocks of the central market.
-
Stayed here for a convention. It’s a little bit of a walk but the cutest hotel! Lovely staff and the historic nature of it preserved into the rooms. The only downside with some of these historic buildings is some of the noise that comes through. Lots of creaks, and a bit more noticeable when people drop things staying right above you but other than that we loved this hotel and will definitely be back when we travel through the area again!
-
The hotel was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. We both enjoyed an excellent nights sleep. Our only disappointment came when we learned that The Baker's Table was no longer open to the public for breakfast.
-
There was no breakfast, which was a shame. It was also a bit loud because we could hear every footstep above us clearly, and our ceiling creaked.
