Eden Resort and Suites, BW Premier Collection

Disappointed in housekeeping service. They put dirty clothes back into our suitcases , put a toothpaste cap that fell on the floor of the bathroom back onto the tube , moved things around that we couldn’t find, and the sink flooded the bathroom from the pipe when turned on because they moved the nozzle around when cleaning. We had to use our clean towels to clean it up.

Wonderful stay second time visiting in the summer . The property is very clean and housekeeping does a wonderful job with the clean rooms which is makes for a relaxing vacation . Everyone is so friendly . The resort is an amazing especially for families . The amenities are wonderful to keep them busy . It really feels like a vacation away from home . The food is mediocre but so convenient but so reasonable . But i recommend venturing out to nearby restaurants as well . There’s also a diner coffee and co literally 2min away . Lancaster is so beautiful it’s worth venturing out . Thank Eden for a great stay keep up the good work .

Great for kids! Lots of amenities

We go to lancaster a few times a year and typically stay at the same two hotels . This last minute trip our hotels were sold out but we found Eden and decided to try it . We are so glad we did !!! This will be our new go to hotel . Not one complaint . The staff was so friendly and helpful and genuinely looked happy . The resort was beautiful and my toddler had the best time at the pools and splash pad area . The rooms were really nice and the beds were comfy and clean . We didn't try the food so I can't comment on that but we definitely will next time we go . Thank you for a great stay !

Trucks at the pool have great drinks. My kids love the pools - it’s just one of our best memories! Thank you!

The breakfast buffet was great and not over priced

My family of 4 enjoyed this hotel so much. can't wait to come back. we loved the pools and so many activities for the kids. The hotel is nice and clean. we had a nice time.

Fuimos a cenar al restaurante bistró y necesitamos una mesa para 5, habían mesas de 4 disponibles pero nos inscribieron en una lista de espera de 40 minutos y tuvimos que irnos. Tampoco llegó el mensaje o la llamada informando si la mesa estaba lista, nos dejaron esperando y tuvimos que cenar fuera del hotel

Nothing, very rude staff. Eden resort is very over rated That my $100 ,room deposit fee has still not been credited back to my account after almost a week

The resort was very nice that we had issues with our room that they weren’t able to fix. I reached out to the resort after our stay and they did not respond to my email.

The hotel is EXCELLENT from front desk reception, Patels professionalism was excellent, they booked us on the lower level, I had requested high level. Patel changed our room to high level and upgraded up to a bigger room. The rooms, bathrooms, hallways was exceptionally sparkling clean. They have a huge clean swimming pool , noise proof rooms. Will return soon……….. DO NOT hesitate BOOK NOW. SIMPLY EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
