Eden Resort and Suites, BW Premier Collection

Bad

Our room awesome Are bathrooms was clean but the staff came correct the situation

That was good

We loved it and we’ll be back

We absolutely loved this resort and plan on returning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools outside were gorgeous as well as the pool and hot tub indoors. The rooms were clean and very spacious . I would highly recommend Eden resorts .

The facilities were very nice, well

Staff accused my husband of acting weird. He loves taking pictures and was taking pictures of facility. Bathrooms are outdated . The hotel is overpriced.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Clean room very relaxing restaurant food was great not too pricey I would definitely come back in the spring

I didn't understand why the bathroom door doesn't close all the way and you can not lock it The bathroom door

Clean

Great stay!

I have been here about 5 times and have stayed in the different locations( hotel, resort).

Beautiful, clean and friendly staff

The room, the food was very medium The food

Place was outstanding. A little gem

The room was great and spacious. But the really amazing thing about this hotel is the facilities: multiple heated outdoor pools, a big heated indoor pool, lots of games and activities outside: ping-pong, basketball, mini-golf, etc. We stayed 2 nights and would have liked to stay more to take advantage of all this fun. The highway is crazily noisy. The room itself was quiet even though we were literally a few yards from the highway. And you don't actually hear the highway even in the outdoor pool. For a trip to "the middle of nowhere", being on such a loud highway ruins it a bit.
