My sons room there was roaches, jacuzzi was so dirty,food portions got so small price went up so high they didn’t supply coffee or sugar after we settled in.room floor was so dirty my grand daughters white socks turned black.buffet was disgusting never go back again.

Everything from check in to check out when smoothly, no issues at all. The property was clean. All the pools, including pool areas, were spotless. The staff was very helpful and outgoing. We will be back!!

The pools were clean and inviting, plenty of towels and chairs. Food was excellent.

Absolutely beautiful resort. Gorgeous rooms, great staff, lots of amenities. It is family friendly which is good for some, but I was expecting a more upscale, quiet, adult-oriented stay. Just something to be aware of when booking.
