Everything was great

Dog friendly and very clean

This was my second time staying at Eden, the first time with the outdoor pools. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Customer service is excellent Pools were clean and comfortable ( I hate public pools) Rooms where spacious and clean A lot of activities to do on site Nothing

I saw a dry bed bug on my hand , this is ridiculous Also , next to the pool the cleaning women throw away our bag with important stuff for us ( Apple Watch)

For dining- breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast buffet but with mimosas and Bloody Marys - which for this couple without little kids- was necessary and helpful. We didn’t get to try the Bistro but looked like a nice outdoor place for drinks and apps. They have a (too) small food/drink truck area which could use more staff and food choices. The pool area has multiple pool areas - all overtaken by kids- again that’s fine! I love kids. I just don’t want to go in a pool full of piss and splashing middle aged boys. There were plenty of lounges and shaded areas. “Poolside service” was minimal but again, more staff needed. I like the towel exchange they have- nothing like sitting on a plastic pool lounge chair without a towel while the lady next to you has 6 to herself with an extra one to swaddle her dog. Rooms were suitable nothing fancy, the tv set up is old - need to use Google Chrome cast which just took a little more time. Not a deal breaker. I love that they have EV chargers and I love the whole idea of the place but for the name of the place- not having an area just for adults is a big miss.

The pool area is lovely for traveling with children

Overall lovely place. Been there many times- some of the hallways and decor are getting a bit tired. Could use some refreshing

Traveled for a show at Sight n Sound and our go to place is at the Eden Resort. The facility is clean and inviting. The staff is always very helpful. It would be great if the indoor pool stayed open later but overall we love it here. We are looking forward to going again next year.

You didn’t have to leave the premises to have a nice time. There were things for all ages. The closeness of beds to doors and walls. However it wasn’t uncomfortable.

The rooms very comfortable and clean. The pool area was clean and had enough lounge chairs. There was a lot of activities like shuffleboard, corn hole, ping pong and a jungle gym for the little ones. The heated pool was a plus. The only drawback was the guests in the halls. They ran back and forth making a lot of noise. If you are on the first floor, that is the only main hallway to get to everything. I recommend a higher floor.

This was by far the BEST hotel/resort we have EVER stayed at. Every single staff member was so sweet and helpful!! The rooms were spotless!! Location is great, family friendly multiple activities for littles & adults we will come back again and again!!!!

The room and the lighting was beautiful. The staff was excellent. I was on the floor 18+ loved it. The pool was beautiful. The only complaint I have was that I couldn’t get the room cooler than 74° so they sent me up a fan instantly which was very nice of them didn’t like the fact that they left me a note saying to close my curtains when check-in was at 4 PM how can I close my curtains to keep the light of the day out when I wasn’t checked in yet that’s my only complaint. Everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again and bring my own fan.
