avid hotel Lancaster by IHG

Nice budget stay and good location. If I had to choose I would pay a few dollars more for the Tru down the road for the extras and same vibe.

First time staying in an AVID hotel. The room/bathroom was clean, and neat. I did experience some road noise from my room while my traveling companion whose room was on the opposite side of the hall did not. The breakfast bar was good both mornings I was there.

Hotel room was clean and the shower was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. In spite of its newness, several basic things were subpar. Toilet paper holder was coming off the wall as well the “shelf” under the tv in the room. Bed was ok but not uncomfortable. Staff was good and hellpful

Clean room, quiet and very well maintained. We have stayed several times and never been disappointed.

I loved my stay at this hotel, the staff was so friendly. Ms.Tee was amazing during breakfast talking to everyone and helping during breakfast. When I sitting outside she asked did I need water. I can't wait for my husband and I to stay here again next year!

Clean room and the pool was perfect

Room was updated and very clean. Staff were superb! Both the breakfast and lady supplying the breakfast was nothing short of AMAZING!! It’s my “go-to” when I’m in Lancaster especially when rates are comparable to other locations nearby. Great place!!

This is a low cost no frills hotel. The rooms are small and the breakfast is minimal at best. Overall the staff was very nice and the woman running the breakfast was awesome. I found the decor to be very drab. It is not a bad hotel by any means but I likely won't stay here again on our frequent trips to Lancaster.

We always love staying here. The location is very convenient to food, shopping, and entertainment. The rooms are always clean, and staff is great.

Would have liked a yogurt station. Eggs were good; bacon bits not so much

Breakfast was amazing. Room was nice and clean. Staff were pleasant.

The only issue is they need to serve waffles and pancakes. Also put ice machines on each floor

I liked the pop of colors of the hotel. Also Shantel was the best, very nice young lady. Thank you. The fact that we could only stay one night was our problem, next time we'll stay longer.
