Everything was nice we will be going back

There were bugs on bed frame, headboard and mattress. There was food all around on floors and under beds. The bathroom toilet, shower, glass and floors were horribly cleaned! Four people were put in a room with ONE bed. Three adults, with one being an elder and the fourth guest was a child 5'11 in height. I still feel Very disappointed and uncomfortable. As well as, feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I would never stay at Avid again.

From the front desk check-in to check-out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the amenities were useful. Breakfast and staff were great, as well!

It was to dirty. They really don't clean the room. If you have say every day clean. Forget it!!!!. Their was no reason for it. I told the manager. But really I don't feel he care 😕 😪. I really feel bad for the people 😕. Some of the employees where very nice. Other had problems with their matter. Their was other people that would say the same.

The only issue that we found was the water in the bathroom sink did not go down very well. Other than that everything was great.

We love The Avid and always stay here anytime we visit Lancaster. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is great.

Greatest team ever

The REAL PLUS was the wonderful personality of the Breakfast Chef/Attendant, Mrs. Tee. Breakfast was hot and adequate and the surfaces were kept clean. I thought the menu was great -that it was so healthy - and there were no donuts, cookies, sweet things. Mrs Tee was warm and helpful and greeted everyone with her big smile and “How can I help you?” Everyone in my group loved her.

Nice budget stay and good location. If I had to choose I would pay a few dollars more for the Tru down the road for the extras and same vibe.

First time staying in an AVID hotel. The room/bathroom was clean, and neat. I did experience some road noise from my room while my traveling companion whose room was on the opposite side of the hall did not. The breakfast bar was good both mornings I was there.

Hotel room was clean and the shower was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. In spite of its newness, several basic things were subpar. Toilet paper holder was coming off the wall as well the “shelf” under the tv in the room. Bed was ok but not uncomfortable. Staff was good and hellpful

Clean room, quiet and very well maintained. We have stayed several times and never been disappointed.
