Our room had a horrible ant problem. I showed the lady and check out and she was like oh ok thanks. Don't fall for a balcony room either. More money and the view was a blocked off parking lot and brush

The sheets on one bed had a dead bug (please be a mite/ spider, ect, and not a bedbug), and the blankets on the other bed had reddish brown stains. The shower had hair in it and the room smelled musty. I have never ok left a bad review but budget friendly, shouldn't equal dirty.

The room and property was very dated. The chair in the room was very warn. There were stains in the main hall carpets. The so called breakfast consisted of a bagel or two types of cold cereal. At night the exterior going to the rooms was very dark.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The upholstered chair in room was disgusting, badly stained. Only 1 unusable stained chair at table for two guests.

Continental breakfast was minimal Hot tub was wonderful. Room was clean. Bathroom was completely remodeled. Very nice. Hotel is going through Møre renovations. They are working hard. When they are done it should be wonderful.

In addition to the feedback that I previously provided, we had no t.v. reception from late Saturday evening thru checkout on Monday morning. I was not offered any sort of reimbursement to make up for the lack of this "advertised aminity."

So first things first by going to the first room which was 311 on the first floor of the building out back that room had no hot water in the bathroom and the TV was not functioning at all. So the gracious and wonderful front desk worker got me the one above it cuz I needed a balcony cuz I'm a smoker and same thing. No TV, no hot water and in that one there was no heat or air conditioning that was functioning. I need a full refund on my stay or a comp for that money so I can rent another room thank you

First room they gave me had active mold growing on the ceiling. I had a reaction as soon as I walked inside. I complained and they were kind to move me to another room, but to be honest, this room was just a musty and stale. Despite the AC being on, the towels never fully dried and there was an uncomfortable dampness the entire stay. Note - we were on the ground floor in the back building. Maybe the upper level is not as bad but who knows? The hot tub was not hot, didn't have any bubbles and looked dirty. Breakfast was a joke - nothing worth eating if there was anything available to eat. Find a cleaner hotel in the same price range and skip this tired old place.

Room was clean,but smelled musty. It lacked amenities most rooms of this type that I have stayed in over the years, namely a coffee maker and a microwave. Hallway leading to the room was in great need of a vacuuming. It was that way when I checked in and the next day when I checked out. Breakfast was modest ,but sufficient.

Lovely location close to all the places I wanted to go.

the room was clean, only issue was the cable went out on last night.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Each room on our floor had its own little deck outside with rocking chairs, which we enjoyed. The staff was very friendly. I wish there were a few more breakfast options. But it was a nice place to stay and a good value for the money, and very close to local attrations. I would recommend it.

My husband and I are both elderly with ambulatory issues. When I spoke with the attendant I expressed concerns over stairs due to the inability to walk up stairs. She explained there was an elevator. However she assigned us a room way at the end of the hall which was not an easy trek for us. Arrived at the room opened the door to find it was occupied and view 2=people pretty much undressed. Quickly closed the door and went back to the desk. Expressed my displeasure at the above comments including the distance to the room. Requested a refund which because I booked thru a 3rd party she couldn’t provide. The premises were not the condition I normally find from a Radisson hotel, run down, in much need of renovation.

Then the toilet handle broke and we had to keep removing the lid to flush the toilet. We left a note explaining the items that need attention. We were disappointed with what they called a continental breakfast. Also that there was not hot drink options in the rooms ( tea/cocoa). For the price we paid for two nights we really think there could have been more amenities offered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The evening that we stayed over, we couldn’t get any heat in the room. Once I got in bed, I was fine with the blanket and the quilt. When I got up in the morning, I finally figured out the heating system.

Would stay here again. It was clean.
