I love the lil Amish Lancaster vibe of the hotel. Very clean and staff was helpful! The hotel is a older hotel but has been well kept for how old it is the pool and hot tub were nice breakfast was ok bagel, yogurt granola and cereal we had a good time would be back.

The room itself was clean but the beds were old and very uncomfortable. The staff did take care of the room mess up. The breakfast was a simple grab and go and there wasn’t much of a selection. The juices were thickened and not really drinkable… needed a spoon but I couldn’t stomach it. The location is great!!

I reserved a king bed room and was placed in a room for the handicapped. I don’t know how. The reservation didn’t say that in Expedia. The bathroom was large but the bed room was too cramped. So much so that so that the refrigerator sat on top of the television stand (which would be completely inaccessible to a handicapped person).

Room was damp and had a musty smell. No room service for our four day stay, we had to go the lobby for clean towels. The outside of the facility needs to be cleaned from piles of tree limbs and debris.

We had stayed there in the past and really liked it, so we were expecting similar stay. The room and facilities were clean but really run down. The mattresses were lumpy and not at all comfortable. The pool was so crowded with rowdy kids, that we couldn't even enjoy just sitting in the area. Glad the kids were having fun, but it was really getting rowdy, hitting each other with the noodles and yelling. Coffee was stale and lukewarm. Someone said they were making a new pot, but it was same. The staff were very attentive and helpful, no complaints with them. Breakfast was just cereal and bagels but there was fresh fruit, which made it nice. Coffee in the morning was hot, but still not good. Most likely will not return.

Everything was Great. We got there earlier than Check in Time and they got a room for us. I asked them if that room had a refrigerator and was told it didn't and I said that I needed one that had one as my husband has diabetes and I needed to keep his insulin cold. I was told that they would put one in the room for us and they did. The entire staff is very friendly.

Room was very quiet and clean.

We absolutely love this hotel and stay here often was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working

Its an older building so things are not like new at all. Pool area didn't feel clean. You get what you pay for. It's not bad if you just want to sleep and see other places.

Unfortunately the floor was always damp/wet. I’m not sure why. The breakfast was ok,

It was clean. Beds were comfortable.. They have a pool& hot tub, but we didn’t come prepared for it, next time we’ll be prepared because I would stay there again. It has parking. Also, a small. Breakfast enough to hold you off until whenever your next meal is. Plenty to do: go for a show, miniature golf, shopping & plenty of restaurants & fast food. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

the first room we were shown, smelled like mold and mildew. we asked for a different room. next room was not as smelly and they brought spray to spray to the room the third room was as bad as the first room. we stayed and kept the spray and used it often. the bed skirt was in bad shaping laying to the floor. the room seemed clean except for the smell. the hot tub near the pool was broken and was way too hot!! told the staff and they said it was broken!! told them they needed a sign to keep people out of it, before someone got burnt. the pool was too cold for us to swim. breakfast was a joke, bagels left on the counter on a wooded stand with no protection from someone touching them all! bread was displayed in the same manor-- thicken apple juice and orange juice that was not drinkable. found no milk for the dry cereal, asked they were out! So we had to go out for breakfast every morning at an added cost!

Breakfast was just alright. No place to sit, very small room, toppings even preparing things on the counter to take back to room. Hallways were very warm... hot air blowing out. Showers were great. Limited TV channels. Nice idea for the popcorn. Beds were ok. Thought i was booking a balcony room. There was a constant knock/ bang which we never figured out where it was coming from.
