Great hotel, breakfast could offer more and the pool closes at 9 pm, I told the staff it should be open from 9 to 11pm for 18 and older like one of their competitors are. Otherwise great stay and comfortable bed.

Room was clean but one of the beds had stains on the sheets. Room was also damp/humid. The deluxe continental breakfast was lacking. Bagels and cereal. Check in and out was fast. Lobby was clean.

I have been in that property three times and will come back when I’m around again..The Staff are very friendly and helpful..I recommend this hotel!!

Air conditioning did not work, staff could not offer me another room so I asked for a refund the staff said they didn't have the permission do give a refund they had to contact a manager it took about an hour to get intouch with a manager and get a refund.

The elevator was not working and I had an injured knee so after a long day of walking, that wasn’t great. The air conditioner was in the corner of the room and the room didn’t get much air flow across the room. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The beds were too soft and bouncy, but we slept okay.

Grab and go breakfast bagel cereal coffee snack bars. Pantries around the building had free ice and microwave ovens and seating areas. Couches and comfy chairs gave it a homely feel. Elevators and handicapped parking ramps etc

When we arrived there was an odd smell maybe like a mildew scent I can’t put my finger on it. Luckily we brought room spray to spray around the room to make it smell better, the staff was good overall. We asked for more towels and they did provide plenty of extra towels.

When we first opened our hotel room, there was a musty smell. We didn’t know where the smell was coming from. I noticed the right side of the room ceiling had large amount black spots (black mold). I complained to the manager. He offered me another room and this room had black mold on the ceiling. I slept in a room that I thought didn’t have mold. It did. My lungs hurt when I woke up. I have asthma. Please choose another hotel.

Pros- extremely nice staff. We got there early and had no problems with an early check in. We had a room in the 2nd floor with no rug. It was very clean and didn’t have a smell like the ones with the rugs. Very cute inn like hotel with unique decor that felt homey. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. The light in the bathroom went out and maintenance came the same day to fix it. Loved the balcony with rocking chairs. Cons— breakfast was pretty lousy. Bagels and cereal. Or some yogurt but not individual containers. That’s it. Coffee was not fresh and was lukewarm I had to microwave mine and ended up throwing it out because of the taste. The elevator was broken. The whirlpool jets did not work. Maintenance knew about both but I didn’t see anyone working on either of them either day. So I’m not sure how long they’ve been broken. If I wanted a bare bones hotel I would probably stay again knowing I wouldn’t eat the breakfast. If they get these things fixed it could improve a lot.

The bedroom, 222, had red plaid carpeting, rather unusual to say the least. Our rooms faced north, towards the highway, so traffic noise was very noticeable at all hours. Requesting room in the south wing of the facility is strongly encouraged. The toilet was running continuously when we checked in: I cleaned the flap valve seal and that fixed the problem. Evidently the staff hadn't either noticed this or known how to do the easy fix. Breakfast was meh. The only hot food was oatmeal, with a walk to the hot water dispenser in the front lounge. The coffee machine frequently ran out of regular coffee. The decaf dispenser seemed to last much longer: I would suggest brewing a smaller pot of the decaf and putting a labeled pot of it on the counter and using the two coffee dispensers for regular coffee. When I mentioned to the night clerk that the trash can in the breakfast room was full to overflowing, I was literally waved off. Several times during out stay, I had to ask the front desk staff to refill the breakfast food supplies/utensils/coffee dispenser: there seemed to be no specific person watching out for the needs in the breakfast room in an anticipatory way. The two young men working the morning shift were very quick to respond to request to attend to the overflowing trash can, refill the bagels, coffee dispenser, etc.; but again, no one seemed to be tasked with checking that various items were running out .

I didn't know what to expect with this stay, but the front desk staff was so nice, it was safe, and clean. The breakfast had a variety of cold items, fruit and breads with a toaster. The room was fine, the bathroom was updated and very clean, but the decor and bedding let them down. The blankets were thin, the pillows were well used and the sheets hadn't been crisp in a very long time. But everything was serviceable and I slept well. If you need to stay in a high-fashion, modern room, this one is not for you, but it had what was needed — a closet, a luggage rack, a TV with cable, a small table with two chairs. The bathroom had a generous counter and a step-in shower with good water pressure and suitably hot water. I would recommend bringing a USB hub if you need ports. They had popcorn, coffee and games to borrow in the lobby. The hotel is across from a gas station and a Dunkins, so fueling both you and your car is convenient. Highway 30 is a block or two away. It's also not far from the Tanger Outlets and Dutch Wonderland. I can't bring myself to give it 5 stars, but it is definitely a solid four.
