I was extremely disappointed in this stay I booked this hotel for 4th of July weekend. We arrived Thursday night everything was fine hotel is currently being renovated so a lot of unfinished rooms Friday night in the middle of the night I woke up to not one but 4 bites on my arm and leg (bedbugs)

They are currently remodeling, for whatever reason they chose to put us in a room that was in need of remodeling. The shower had a hole inside right where our feet would end up. They tried to patch it but I believe water still leaked through, which made the room musty smelling. We were there for 5 days, you would have thought they would give us a nicer room since we were there so long.

The entrance had a trash can that was not cleaned, the front lobby was messy, the staff were not friendly, and the hotel room had paint pealing. I would not stay in this place again.

Kind reception, clean and spacious rooms

Nice clean room. Also very quiet. Check in was easy. Great place to stay if you are going to visit turkey hill factory, bube's catacombs, and sickman's rubing. Will stay again if in the area!

My husband and I decided to do a quick overnight and booked this hotel since we have stayed there previously and had a nice experience. However, this time our experience was not good. Initially upon check in, we noticed there was a pair of used and dirty plastic gloves under the mattress. We asked and was granted a room change. However, our next too. Was awful. Renovation and Construction was being done and apparently, this was happening in the room above ours. There noise continued until 6pm and started again this morning at 8 am. In addition, our room was not clean, moldy bathroom ceiling, bathroom not clean- stains. Rhonda toilet and wall, and the general areas of the room needed vacuuming and cleaning. Lastly, the breakfast being offered was very minimal and not a variety. We are extremely disappointed with our stay and will not consider this hotel for our future travels.

The accessible room wasn’t the best fit for us. The bed was right next to the air conditioner, which made it uncomfortable for my husband, and the bathroom had only a wall-mounted sink with a small table beside it, leaving very little space for toiletries. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff was pleasant.

The location was great, and the staff was friendly. The facility was clean, and the food.

Hotel was older but room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly-decent breakfast.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, we were told at arrival. Breakfast was very poor quality and scarce. Hotel carpets not very clean. The gym was advertised on the website but it was actually closed. I do not recommend. Poor quality overall.

The property is undergoing renovations. Looking forward to seeing the upgrades.

Great place to stay, I had a bit of a different experience that wasn't bad per se. I was in the ADA room. So everything was slightly adjust to someone in a wheelchair. Which in its essence is absolutely amazing. They nailed it. If I was in a wheelchair I would be absolutely stoked. I am not in a wheelchair which I am thankful for.

Would not recommend this hotel.

With construction going on in this hotel transitioning is difficult to give it a perfect rating but they are obviously trying to improve things. I can see where once things are finished it will be a nice hotel! We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was convenient. The location is a little tough getting in and out of but we've stayed here before when it was a different hotel and I remembered that but it is centrally located to a lot of stuff in Lancaster. Or some issues with cleanliness and elevator and the four year but that was because of the construction and with work going on it's very difficult to keep it as clean as it would be on normal time.

We had to get moved because our room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. We thought we were getting a king size bed and got a queen. The gentleman on the 3 pm - 11 pm shift was great. There was a wedding party who was in and out during the middle of the night making a lot of noise. The bathtub had a poor repair work on the tub floor. Because they are remodeling they are not making quality repairs.

Was not impressed could’ve been a whole lot better for the price that was paid. Breakfast was not what I expected. I’ve had better in less expensive hotels.
-
Breakfast not so good. Could improve items served.
-
Clean, large room. The breakfast was good. They had a pancake maker, which is a little different (good) than other places. Surrounded by highways, but it didn't seem overly noisy. Next shopping malls so it's convenient if you need anything.
-
The shower is not so good since the faucet is kind of worn out and hard to use. The air conditioner is too close to the bed and the overall air circulation may be improved. In general, if they can update the interior design and it will be well worth the money.

The location was helpful to where we needed Extremely dissatisfied with this property and the condition of facilities. Under heavy construction, noise levels are very high with construction workers all up and down hallways. Cleanliness is also a major concern. Do not use this property!
