Nice place to stay. Breakfast was good each morning, coffee was wonderful. Staff were exceptional. Nice room. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel definitely need a tune up overall the room was clean but it looks nothing like the advertisement to be very honest I gave 3 stars because the breakfast was good and it was convenient to the stores and restaurant.

Great location, clean room.

Breakfast was not good. Very little to pick from so you will end up going to get breakfast somewhere else. There is only one ice machine that is located on the first floor. Very inconvenient when you have multiple people trying to get ice at the same time and it runs out. If you have a cooler to fill, you will have to bring you ice bucket with you since nothing else will fit. Not ideal when you have to get ice as you are leaving and have to figure out what to do with the bucket. Shower curtain was thin and useless. It was cut at the bottom so there was nothing to stick to the tub to keep the water in. Pillows are very small so bring your own.

This hotel is going through an upgrade and remodel. Aside from seeing all the furniture and bedding-you would not have known it. The place was spotless and there was someone cleaning all day long. Breakfast was spot on and the parking lot was bright and felt safe.

The room was dated. The queen-size bed was comfortable. The sleep-sofa was most uncomfortable as a sofa to sit and watch TV on; I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would have been as a sleep sofa. The couch was also stained and needed to be cleaned. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor, and it lacked a proper vanity. The toilet paper was very poor quality. The walk-in accessible shower was OK and there was plenty of warm water with good pressure. The telephone did not work, as it needed a new cord. Wake up calls required my cell phone for the front desk to wake me. The key card to the room had to be re-set daily, as for whatever reason it kept failing to open the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. The weekend breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and corned beef hash (Sat), and scrambled eggs and sausage gravy without biscuits (Sun). There was a pancake making machine instead of a waffle machine. We surely missed the waffles, as the pancakes were just not filling. Breakfast did not offer any fresh fruit. The coffee was just OK in my subjective opinion. Bottom line is that we would not stay there again.

Appreciated the always available coffee

Excellent room and best I have ever slept at a hotel. Clean and quiet. Housekeeping and front desk helpful and pleasant. Close to just about everything!

They are doing a new fresh look (construction). On a Saturday we got woken up at 6:30 right above us in the morning to the construction. They were banging and saws were going off. I looked up the ordinance, and it said they were not to start until 9:00 am. I said something to the desk, but I don’t know if they said anything to the management. Plus the workers ate the complementary breakfast, which I don’t think is right! It should be for the guest!

Breakfast is very limited with no hot meal choices. Only make you own pancake machine. Only two limited hot meal choices on the weekend. First room we were in the TV had no volume and they couldn't figure how to get it to work. Had to change rooms. This exact thing happened to us in February. Maybe the same room. Furniture is falling apart. Overstuffed chair in the rooms have been there for 15 years or more. Staff were friendly and helpful. This place really does need updating. We stay because it is convenient to downtown. Just disappointed in this place.

I would like to say that the young lady at the check-in desk was very accommodating and very helpful.
-
The breakfast was plain. Canned fruit, pancakes made by a machine. A waffle maker would have produced a better product.
-
The room was ok. There was a lot of remodeling going on so things won’t be perfect. Overall an ok stay.

The hotel had boxes & mattresses stacked to the ceiling nearly obscuring the elevator and crowding the breakfast room/ lobby area. The entryway, foyer, and elevator floors had plaster all over them, a forklift blocked the door one morning. One of our bath towels had several holes in it. We found used tissues and a sharp piece of metal (hook?) on the floor of our room. At 8am sharp, very loud music began blaring on Thursday morning. Soon after drills and loud banging sounded like they were coming through the walls. It was not a pleasant way to wake up after a long day of travelling. This did not happen on Friday or Saturday mornings, thankfully! This hotel used to offer a nice variety of items for breakfast. However, on this stay, they offered pancakes (from a machine), and bagels or toast. I believe they may have had oatmeal as well. We will likely not stay here again. Especially when they continued to charge full price and the service, cleanliness, and accessibility were NOT what they had been previously. We were very disappointed in our stay.

Booked through Expedia, description sounded fine. Arrived for early check in, sign at desk said be back in 10 minutes. We were not expecting the hotel to be under construction. The place is a mess, spackle everywhere. Boxes piled up in the breakfast room, wrapped mattresses stacked to the ceiling in the lobby. Not a moment of peace. Drilling, banging, and grinding all afternoon made a nap or a rest impossible. The air unit was loud and as it turned on and off all night it made a grinding noise. Location is directly under the highway, trucks rumbling all night long. When the workers finished at 6pm they were smoking by the entrance. Front desk staff was indifferent and dismissive towards our needs. We had the only room on the second floor that had an actual key, all other rooms had cards. It took forever to get hot water. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was because they have a gym, closed due to the construction. Having said all that, the room itself was fine. Good size, comfortable bed, decent pillows. There's a mini fridge, microwave and small coffee maker. Continental breakfast was adequate. With more than a dozen hotels on this strip of route 30 there are much better choices than this one.

Enjoyed the size of the room and the kitchenette. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was cleaner than I expected since they are doing renovations.

The hotel is remodeling, I don't knew this
-
The hotel was under renovation but they were doing a nice job containing the work to separate areas of the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice breakfast spot. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. Great value.

Breakfast ends at 9 am-

Very low budget hotel. Partly under construction. Upon check-in, they did not have the room type we had reserved. Had to accommodate with less beds. Would not stay here again.
