Courtyard by Marriott Lancaster

The rooms are very spacious! We had a double bed room with a couch. It was roomy and comfortable and clean.

The whirlpool wasn’t open, which was incredibly disappointing. We did have access to an alternative hotels pool, but the pool at this hotel opened up surprisingly quickly. The rooms were nice and the food/drink was pretty nice. Overall a good experience, and an amazing time.

We were not told upon check in that the pool and hot tub were closed. I had specifically booked this hotel for its amenities. We went to use the pool and hot tub and found a sign stating it was closed. When I asked at the front desk the lady said “it’s not my fault it’s broken” and that it should be fixed by the next day. I went back to the front desk the next day and was told the pool and hot tub were still broken and should be ready the next day (our check out day). I asked if they were compensating for the issue and they said no, that we could use the pool of the hotel down the road. I was frustrated that the staff were not more accommodating. The room was fine. The location was great. I would not stay here again only because of the lack of assistance from the staff.

Neutralize the odors from the pillows would be great.

Everything was great

Bathtub was perfect had handle bars so didn’t have worry about falling also had anti-slick coating in bottom was perfect. Being older that’s a worry when staying out from home. Pool area need open window for air circulation

I booked a double queen room but hotel gave me a king bed with queen sofa bed. Hotel front desk says that’s what they received from Expedia. Besides that everything is good

We had a great time at this hotel! We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed every bit of it! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the pillows were perfect, the pool and hot tub were so relaxing, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even the food at the bistro was good! And we enjoyed the fire pit outside! All in all, I have no complaints about staying here! And it's close to so many fun things!!

Great hotel

The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Everything is modern. I like the idea of going downstairs and having Starbucks. The only thing we were disappointed with is the pool and jacuzzi. It looked dirty and not well kept.

The room with 2 queen beds was spacious and very clean. We received excellent service at the Bistro and would return again.
