Courtyard by Marriott Lancaster

From the time we checked in to the time we left the next day there was no cable tv. We were not informed when we checked in and when I called she said it should be on in a couple of hours. It wasn’t on when we left the next morning.

Did not have it. Shower could be better

Great overall experience!

Updated facility, meticulously clean, friendly staff, comfortable room. Quick maintenance response. Nice cafe with good selection of tasty simple dishes (flat bread pizza, salad, etc.) and convenience snacks and drinks. Conveniently located in what seemed like a safe area. Nothing could have been better EXCEPT...I left a personal item in my room. I called hours after departure to ask if I could provide a shipping label to have it returned to me. After 3 calls and messages for the Housekeeping Manager, I have not received so much as a return phone call. Very disappointing. Aside from her lack of care and professionalism, this experience could not have been better. Her miserable failure should not be a reflection on the rest of the staff's excellence.

Checking in and out was quick. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. Location was very good for us.

We did not stay as it was being worked on and we did not feel safe staying there

Exceptional

I was given a handicap room that I did not request. The sink area in the bathroom was very small for myself and my to store our bathroom items. The cost of the room for one night was very expensive.

Great experience! Very clean and maintained! Staff was very attentive and courteous!

Exceptional

Cleanliness and a comfortable bed is everything. Wonderful staff is the cherry on top. Also loved that it is solar.

The on-site bar/ food service. The out door fire pit was comfortable and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel grounds were well manicured and the property was well kept. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Our only complaint was in regards to the pool and hot tub on property. While swimming in the pool, the chemical levels were so high we were having difficulty breathing and had to exit the pool. We reported this to the front desk. The pool was then closed for the remainder of the day. Our eyes continued burning for 2 days afterwards despite wearing goggles in the pool. Would return to stay here again but would be hesitant to swim in the pool again.

It did have bar and limited food selection no Continental breakfast

Excellent location, friendly staff

Very clean and spacious rooms and the staff was so friendly and helpful would choose this location again

🌟

Exceptional

Very clean, convenient location, had a working pool and hot tub which is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Very nice and will stay again if in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay - easy to get to and convenient for what we had planned. Room was clean and comfortable.
