Hampton Inn Lancaster

Staff was very friendly and helpful, July 4th the hotel lost power at 7:45 pm we remained in the dark for rest of the night. No one informed the client as to what was happening little disappointed.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Location was convenient.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, VERY comfortable bed and pillows. I even looked up the brand to purchase a pillow for myself at home. The pool was clean and outdoors. The breakfast was good as well!

I did loved everything

The grounds were beautiful with a grassy lawn surrounding the parking lot. The pool was in a nicely landscaped outdoor location and not on display to the entire hotel and lobby, as some are. The property was clean and newish and looked well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful and seemed to be happy to have guests staying at the hotel—A very nice experience! Liked everything

The breakfast was good. However, the waffles were very popular and families would monopolize the machines and were taking the whole can of whipped cream back to their table not allowing others to even have a chance. But that’s not Hampton Inn’s wrongdoing Very upset when my husband went down to get coffee at 7 am both days and the coffee was cold. Maybe sitting around from the previous day? Coffee is very important to us and for many others first thing in the morning so that was a real let down!

I had an ADA room and it was exactly what I needed. I knew we did not get a full room clean which is fine but I thought someone would remove the used towels and the trash. That would have made the stay a little more pleasant.

Old sheets, pillows, and duvet covers. Clean, but old.

The room was spacious. It had a microwave and a refrigerator. And a small couch. We had a king size bed. We stayed there in Lancaster because we were going to the site and sound theater. The complementary breakfast is superb as well as a two go bag when you check out which consists of a bagel, apple peanut butter, jelly, and a bottle of water. The staff is incredible. I highly

I stayed at this location for one night as I had an event to attend. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Catilyn, who was exceptionally pleasant. She made the check-in process very smooth and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Catilyn was kind and patient, engaging with me and ensuring that she listened to my requests and accommodated them. The room was nice and clean, with no complaints. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Everything was great!

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was especially nice. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The room was quiet, you couldn't hear the guests on either side or in the room above. The bed was very hard making it difficult to sleep. A softer bed would have been preferable.

The property needs updating.

We asked for a list of recommended restaurants and were given 3 booklets. One had a map in it but the map didn't even show where we were on it. We had to go online to find something.
