Motel 6 Lancaster, PA

Staff was amazing!

Not terrible, but a bit under the Motel 6 standard. Rather grim building. Floor not quite as clean as it could have been. Filthy window. Nonetheless, a workable and inexpensive place to stay in a pinch.

Staff was super friendly, helped when they could.its a bare bones hotel but price is good and its comfortable for a short stay.

Hotel lost my reservation. Embarrassingly incompetent.

No frills but room was clean

Okay for a one night stay

To be honest, what can you truly expect from a motel. Had to go buy my own sheets and blanket. Shower door was broken and would not close. I don’t know what I was thinking booking this place.

The room was dirty and the shower water ran brown for the first 20 seconds. No amenities.

First of all, upon entering the room, there was a bad smell; the room was dusty, and there was even a spiderweb on the ceiling. There were no proper curtains—just a thin blind so far too much light streamed in early in the morning, and the bathtub was disgusting. In the hotel corridors, the carpets were dirty and smelled bad, and trash and debris were never cleaned up during our stay. We left a day early; I didn't want to stay in that hotel any longer. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and naturally, I won't be going back.

Easy check-in and check-out. Very simple and accommodating for my stay. Would certainly book here again if needed.

Hotel strongly smelled of cigarettes and they had no other rooms. I chose not stay there. The on duty clerk indicated a refund would be processed. No refund or email has been received as of this report.

The room was in major need of repair and replacement. Every piece of furniture was scratched and well worn. The floor was sticky by the beds. The walls were dirty by the beds and toilet. The bathtub had two major gashes down to the base. The towels had stains. You could hear people walking on the floor above you. Never again will I stay here. Air conditioning worked well.

Roaches and rude staff

Cleanish room. Staff was very friendly. Quiet for the most part. Was there only to sleep while in the area for a convention

You get what you pay for.

If you're looking for a cheap place to rest your head this would be an alright spot, the only reason why I gave it a low rating is because I got charged twice for the security deposit and never got it back

Penny and Jaime were wonderful. I would go back just because of these two awesome ladies. It was a very nice experience.
