We arrived before check in time. Due to an unforeseen issue for an employee, the room was not ready by 2. We were offered a different room, but we chose to wait for the room with handicap facilities.

Property staff is helpful and is well respected. Good staying experience

The hotel is a inexpensive hotels in a great location for all the activities in Lancaster and surrounding towns. Breakfast was very bssic but it was fine for me. The room was clean and parking was good just make sure you get a room not on the street side. No, one was there when we checked in but there was a sign back in few minutes. The gym was closed and carpets to the rooms were a little dirty which they fixed the next day.

The rooms look like they were updated. Vinyl flooring was sticky, but it was not dirty carpet. The fancy shower with three different spouts trickled water, but there was hot and cold water. The room was a good size. The chair's fabric was dirty and stained. I pushed it in the corner. Breakfast was minimal-cereal,toast,yogurt,waffles, juice and hot tea/coffee. Front desk workers were friendly. Basic place to get sleep-nothing to do on property. Parking was plentiful.

We found this hotel as a fluke and I'm glad we did! The rooms were very clean, updated light fixtures, along with fully updated bathrooms. Room was spacious enough for 4 people without feeling crammed in. Would highly recommend.

Low water pressure in the shower. Staff was great. Clean.

Got into the room and found bed bugs, turned around and left!!!!

The front desk was amazing, super accommodating! The beds were so comfortable best night sleep I've had all week in all the hotels we have been at. Location is right next to everything! Nothing. Everything was great!

Hotel next to highway. Very noisy. Someone decided to vacuum at 2:30am. Don’t expect much from the breakfast. Young lady that checked us in was extremely hard to understand and hear.

didn't like it because from the entrance to all the corridors the folder is horribly dirty and entrance the headboards of the beds don't clean it's dirty.

Staff was very friendly and on top of thing. Alicia was fantastic! Everything was great!

Our room apparently suffered a towel being lit on fire by a previous occupant. There were no other rooms to change to and the smell was still very apparent. Anything absorbent in our room now smells like this burnt smell. The breakfast is hardly anything at all. The staff at night were extremely nice. The remodel is lipstick on a pig and poorly executed. Why put nice things in a room with all kinds of drywall issues, splattered paint, etc.

The last straw was when we found a pair of dirty underwear behind the mattress. It indicates that the staff does not do a thorough job of cleaning the room. My wife refused to allow our family to stay there, so we left and did not stay the night.

No space to sit only few people can sit.

Bathroom look nice if it was well kept shower have white stuff on it shower floor had meldow on it sink was crack i had bug on my bed.

Decent hotel but mid breakfast, and the photos aren't exactly the same when you show up, but not a rip off. Good price for a decent 7.5/10 hotel, I've stayed in WAY worse for the price. Front staff during the day were really nice, the shower is a little complicated but they have a list for how to use it.

I spent the night from Saturday to Sunday, with some animals biting me at night, and when I lifted my arm all bitten by an animal that ended up in the cochao, I have two daughters and that was horrible, they asked to leave the same day, I will never return to this hotel...

This is an awful hotel. Do not stay.
