Room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Tv was on. Tub dirty. Nice size room. Comfortable bed. Outside needed maintained. Parking good. Virtual check in took time.

They don't fix the small things, like the door not locking cause it's unleveled, the light buttons are broken, the ceiling light does not work. Its the same problems every year I've visited, they don't put money in to fix anything. I come here cause it's your own cottage and you can stand outside and enjoy instead of being locked in a hotel room. Please invest money in to fix some things up. But it is cheaper than other places too.

When we arrived we followed instructions to call to get our lock box information and no one answered the phone. When we did enter our room it was FILTHY. The beds hadn’t been changed and there was hair on the sheets. The dinette table was sticky and had not been wiped down. The refrigerator had hair and mold in it, and so did the bathtub. We called for assistance and Alex was very helpful. He sent over a housekeeper and she gave us new linens and cleaned the room properly. We also found ants in the refrigerator and some were in the bed. Never again.

A great place to stay. Everything was about 20 minutes away in every direction

Staff-less check in experience. When we called the number to check in, we were told there was an issue with the housekeeping and that there were no rooms available for us and we would have to find a different place to stay.

The cottages makes you feel like you’re in the country even though you are so close to everything. Have stayed here in the past and raved about the place. Unfortunately the property and cleanliness has gone downhill over the years. The room was not clean. There was dog poop right at the door. The room was stale smelling. The front of the toilet was not clean. There were coffee grounds on top of the microwave and the shower curtain was absolutely disgusting.

The rooms we reserved were not available. Finally placed in smaller rooms. Rooms were not throughly cleaned. Getting information or responses from staff was difficult!

After pulling into a deserted, run down location I then got the key for the front door of the cottage from a lockbox next it and entered a dingey, dark, dirty room. I did not want to touch anything without wiping it down. I tried to open the shades but they were all broken. I did not want my young son sitting on the bed or the couch for fear of what might be on them. The toilet still had toilet paper in it from before we entered. There were 4 strangers in the parking lot who watched as I carried my young son in alone. Overall, I felt no sense of security, cleanliness or comfort. I did not stay and ended up leaving approximately 15 minutes after arriving.

This is one of the best and unique places I have stayed. Room was clean. Air was cold and turned on before I arrived. There is a small airport behind. But is is for small planes, not busy, great entertainment. I would stay here again

Inside was beautiful and pristine. The outside was awful. We could not see the number of the cottages due to the overgrowth of the trees. It looked like it hadn't been mowed in a very long time. It was a shame.

I’m sorry to say, we ended up not staying. We were very uncomfortable. Dirty.

Very clean,spacious,air conditioning was amazing.

When we arrived, the type of unit we reserved was not available. The unit tar was available, we could not get into. We had to find somewhere else to stay, and requested a refund.

The people next door to us had bags of garbage out on the patio, coolers and 12 packs of soda all out on the patio that we shared. We had to look at that all weekend. Even after complaining to the staff on two occasions. There were no tissues or cups in our room. And after making a request that they fix that, they still hadn't done it. Sadly, my recommendation is do not stay at this property.

There were no cottages available when we got there for our reservation. They were all unlocked and under construction. We had to find another place to stay. It appeared that homeless might have taken over due to the piles of personal items on the porches. This would have been our fifth year staying there. I don’t know what happened to the place.

Additionally, walking up to the door of the room it was open and there was trash and some dirty towels sitting outside. The room itself was also dirty and the bed sheets on the one bed were clearly not changed. There was still trash in the bottom of the trash cans and soap smeared in the soap dish. The best part was the blood that was down the front of the actual toilet. It’s kinda sad because this was supposed to be super cute with the reviews but it’s just kinda gross. Even the entire property is filled with weeds. Pretty sure the people in the unit next to us were long term tenants because they just had all this crap piled outside the door including a Christmas tree in a box. We felt super unsafe and even put a chair against the door to go to bed. We even had to buy our own TP because we were provided with less than a half a roll. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

Cute cottage outside. Inside towel rack was broke and outlet was 3/4 outside the wall instead of in the wall. No handicap facilities. First coffee maker had moldy coffee grounds in the the top. Second coffee maker had no drawer to place the coffee pods. Staff tried to help when you could find them. There was no front desk checking in and out by phone only. Parking was good. No office or restaurant on site.

This establishment works well for what we are doing in the area. We have stayed several times. It is quiet except for the small airport directly behind the hotel. We enjoy watching the private planes come and go. The hotel does need to step up their linen game. The towels and washcloths are small and thin and not very soft. This is really our only complaint with this hotel. The new housekeeper, first day, was very helpful when we needed some assistance. We would stay again but maybe bring our own linens.

No AC or hot water bug problem..never again.

Check in was not easy and it was super frustrating since no one is on site. We arrived at 9pm and it was a process of trying to talk to the agent the call kept dropping and I had to keep calling back and going thru the AI process, I had to add a credit card on file even though I already paid which was hard to do since it was dark, it was nearly impossible seeing the room numbers to the cottages and putting a passcode in since it was dark. We had 1 towel for 3 people but I couldn't call anyone since no one was on site, the room was so hot since no air conditioner was on and the bed was super hard, I would not recommend.
