The Holiday Inn in Lansing, IL, was very clean, and the staff was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was a full-course meal and quite enjoyable. However, on the first night, a guest on the second floor was very noisy with loud music, and no one from the front desk addressed the issue. As a result, I couldn't sleep well that night. Aside from that, everything was quiet, and parking appeared to be safe.

My stay was good. The only downside was the breakfast setup. The staff placed sausage out for breakfast. They were labeled Pork and Turkey. The next morning the same sausage was out but labeled differently. This is a problem because as Muslim that doesn’t eat pork the staff should know the difference, and label the meats properly. When trying to speak with the staff member she ignored us at first and the pretended to not understand English.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our flight had been delayed, and we were exhausted when we checked in, but she went above and beyond by providing us with an extra pillow and blanket to make our stay more comfortable. Our room was very clean, the elevators and common areas were well maintained, and breakfast was decent—with great coffee! ☕️ What stood out most was the consistency. Every day of our five-day stay, we experienced the same level of courtesy, cleanliness, and friendly service. It was wonderful to come back each day to a clean and comfortable room. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so pleasant and welcoming. We truly appreciated the hospitality!

The staff was so friendly and readily available to answer questions. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was lovely. The free breakfast was great and the dining area was organized well. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Everything was great ,the font desk staff was not friendly at all except one person I forget her name but she said she's only been there sixty days anyways she was excellent.

The staff was polite and courteous. I enjoyed the exercise room. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fair. The breakfast juices seem to be watered down. The pancake machine was not working properly. There were mornings that there were no eggs. The breakfast area was very clean and organized.

Check in was fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, standard food, they had a pancake maker.

My toilet wouldn't flush and the front desk attending told me she was busy and to come get a plunger. I also ended up in a king room when I paid for 2 queen beds. This was a trip with my boyfriend and daughter 11 plus hours away from home.
