Comfort Suites near I-80 and I-94

The hotel is outdated. The light didn't work when you walk into the room. TV was rather small for the room, however it would have been okay if the guide was working. Overall the price was rather high for the room.

Did not get a room that was paid for

Place was disgusting, our room had holes in the wall, toilet paper holder broken, we only got 1 blanket for 2 beds, entire building stunk, pool was disgusting, worse expirence

Maintenance of the rooms was poor. Holes in the wall where the hair dryer was removed in the bathroom. Paint peeling, broken decor & non working appliances. The website said they have baby cribs available but didn’t. The front desk staffer didn’t even know what a crib was. I had to show him a picture of one. I was told the pool was closed for maintenance but the same aforementioned front desk staffer said it was “maybe just open for one day” as I pointed out people leaving in swimsuits. He said when he started his shift that day it was closed but then suddenly it was open. That’s all he knew. The chlorine was so strong and the pool area was so uninviting and sketchy looking I decided I didn’t want to use it anyway. I booked 2 suites & asked for the rooms to be next to each other. I was told at check-in that they were immediately adjacent but that was not accurate. They were close enough but when I mentioned that they were not actually adjacent the same staffer argued that indeed they were because the room numbers were sequential. I’m really trying to understand WHY he had this job if he clearly didn’t know how the hotel rooms were set up. This staff member was so unknowledgeable it was irritating. I tried to stay positive but as the days progressed I noticed more and more issues with the aesthetic especially all the trash on the ground outside. It truly looked like no one cared about it’s presentation. If you can’t do ANYTHING else, you could at least keep the property clean.

Staff was nice

The room was not cleaned except a little. The curtains had stains, pillows were stained, walls were dirty and had broken pieces, the ice container had mold.

Unfortunately, the rest of my experience has been disappointing. The front desk agent who checked me in wasn’t very welcoming, and while the room looked okay at first, I found used washcloths hanging in the shower and no clean washcloths or face towels. That immediately made me question whether the room had been cleaned properly. I called the front desk and was told housekeeping would bring clean towels, but no one ever came. After waiting an hour, I went downstairs, where I was first offered hand towels because they claimed they had no washcloths. Eventually, they found two clean ones, but only after another guest overheard the conversation. The dirty towels also remained in my room until I asked about them. The hotel could definitely use updating, and the water pressure is terrible. I also booked the jetted tub room expecting a separate soaking tub, but it’s just a standard shower/tub combo. The listing should include better photos so guests know what they’re reserving. The area is quiet, which is a plus, but after only a few hours here, I’m not impressed.

Everything is fine except the extra bed have some stains on it

It just was not clean at all … the staff was really nice and sweet but the hotel itself was not in good shape. Shower water barely got hot and the knob was falling off .

nothing! rooms looked nothing like the pictures, couch was raggedy bed had stains on it. the pool water was nasty along with they had dope heads hanging around the building

The room was still dirty. The sheets had a cigarette stain. The floor was black and, there were long black hairs in the tub. The indoor pool was dirty and not lighted. The breakfast was a joke. The parking lot was full of trash and full of pot holes. Not a good place to stay.

This property didn’t have towels which was a big disappointment how can we bath without a towel??

Horrible Stay

This room was completely DIRTY there was big ass roaches on the dresser floor bed nightstand etc … JETTED tub dirty not cleaned and didn’t work … hallways dirty trash everywhere 0 out of 5 Will not book again AND FOR 220 DO BETTER

The pool wasn’t open when we stayed. And the room floor wasn’t very clean either.

Very unclean. Saw the place prior to check in and didnt feel comfortable staying with my family. So we left.

NOTHING! THE SERVICE SUCKED ALL THE WAY AROUND KIDS PLAYING DING DONG DITCH ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT THEN THE HEAT OR AIR DIDN'T WORK THE WINDOWS DIDN'T LOCK SO HOMELESS PEOPLE COULD COME IN ANYTIME IT'S NOT A SAFE PLACE GIRLS HOEING OUTTA THE HOTEL THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN OR EITHER NEW PEOPLE RUNNING IT ALL THE WAY AROUND! AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO COME
