Rooms are not clean and hair dryer not working very old furniture .. not happy with stay

Jacuzzi flooded..tv didn't work..Ice machine didn't work..pool was out of order.

I wish I could upload the pictures here. The rooms were terrible for the price we paid.

The hotel also charged us $100 for "incidentals" and assured us this amount would be refunded within 3 to 5 days following check out. It has now been 6 days since check out and we have not seen a refund. We followed up with the hotel today and were informed that the refund will be issued either tomorrow or the next day. We will follow up each day with them until such time it is received, otherwise, we will seek legal recourse. The biggest issue we experienced, however, were bed bugs which left about 15 welts on my husband's neck, back, arms and fingers. While the bites are finally healing, the memory of this hotel stay will remain with us for quite some time, as it was anything but a pleasant experience.

There isn't much to like about this property. It's downright dirty, disgusting, and beat up. I would not recommend anyone stay here. It shouldn't even be listed! From roaches to questionable stains, this property hasn't seen a maintenance job or deep cleaning completed for some time. Everything here is just beat up or downright trashed. The toilet paper holder was ripped out of our bathroom wall and left on the floor, The headboards above the beds are scratched and damaged. The lamp shades are broken and ripped. The curtains were ripped and hanging off their tracks. There were piles of trash and debris beneath the sofa sleeper. When we opened it, there was dirt and crumbs all over the sheets. Every sheet or towel had stains of some sort. And then, when we woke up and turned the lights on in the morning, there were cockroaches in our bathroom.

I was able to pay cash Everything. Room was disgusting. Staff was disgusting

Will not be staying again.

That place was freaking horrible 😫 never ever have I stayed at such a nasty run down hotel. If I could give no stars I would.

The mattress was horrible... Dirty hotel....We can't even put our clothes in the drawers, they were dirty. They need to change the mattresses.

The property should not be listed on Expedia. As other reviewers have stated, it should be shut down. How the State of Illinois allows this place to stay open to the public I do not understand.

It was good for a one night stay

The location was close to restaurants and Walmart The pictures on booking.com look WAY BETTER than the actual property. The parking lot had trash everywhere. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling above the shower. Blood stains on the walls. We were in room 214. We asked for a do not disturb sign and was informed that they don’t have the physical signs but would put it in the computer that we don’t need housekeeping to enter our room. We left for the day and when we came back we realized our room had been entered. I went to the front desk and told them and his response was “do you have new towels”. I said that’s not the point we didn’t want anyone in our room. Needless to say that we WILL NOT be staying there again

And there was only one ice machine working throughout the entire hotel, and it was broken, you had to remove the front plate to reach inside and grab ice with your hand. JUST TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!

The couch was dirty the staff didn’t give us our second room and I still haven’t received my 100 security deposit that I wasn’t told about to begin with

El cuarto estaba con olor a cigarro y según yo pagué por un cuarto not smoking los contactos de luz no tenían corriente no dejan ni agua en botella para tomar te cobran 100 extra depósito y según te lo devuelven en 7 días si nada está roto del cuarto la única máquina de hielo no funcionaba la alberca estaba sucia y sin toallas.
