Comfort Suites near I-80 and I-94

There is very very little water pressure in the shower. When we asked for towels and toilet paper, they did give us more but didn’t answer if another room but have water pressure to be able to properly shower. The rooms are not maintained well and appears housekeeping doesn’t do a through clean or check to see if supplies are needed. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The appliances were also in poor condition, with some not working properly, which made the stay even more frustrating. For the price we paid, I expected much better quality and maintenance.

Besides the black mold in the bathroom. The hair dryer being ripped out of the wall, and the fix was fill the holes with toilet paper. The floor had a full pieces of canadian bacon between the desk and the wall. My son set his cup of water on this ledge and it fell off. There were five of us in this double queen with a pull out. They gave us 2 towels, when we asked for more, they said "Hotels full no towels". We pulled out the bed from the couch just for confirmation this was the dirtiest room we have ever seen. The bed had what appeared to be blood and urine stains on it. The hallway needed about 5 hours of vacuuming about 3 months ago. This place seemed to be understaffed. One suggestion, have the dude working the breakfast room. Instead of chain smoking weed in the back all morning. Have him set his blunt down for a minute or two and vacuum the hallway on the second floor. One good thing about this hotel, my kids had a great laugh when I wiped out trying to get on the elevator. Water was tracked from their 5'x5' pool to the elavator and I darn near broke my back when I fell. We asked for bedding for the pullout. Hoping for maybe a pillow or two a blanket and a couple of sheets. She gave us one sheet. We asked for the rest and they said "Hotels full no sheets". DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL unless you have a Breaking Bad cook lab you need to get up and running quickly. I will give them credit, to my surprise I didnt see one roach or rat come out from hiding.

Didn't get my right room or anything

Location was the only good thing. My room microwave didnt work, frig wouldn't stay closed, I feel like the fiberglass shower in room 309 is awfully noisy and sounds like it needs repair. The pool door was always left open and the pool water was way too cold to enjoy. The elevator made alot of noises and buzzing when running and that could be because the Hotels elevator inspection expired In February of 2025, which seems unacceptable. The breakfast room was way too crowded and not pleasant to try and eat in. I would not come back to this hotel if I was a paying customer.

Staff were friendly but room and hotel very poor quality. Pull out sofa mattress was filthy.

Room was clean. Easy parking. Only complaint is the policy of not taking breakfast food back to the room. We ended up leaving for breakfast since there was not enough room to sit due to it being busy.

Pleasant

Unfortunately, there was nothing that I liked about this property beside the fact that they did not charge for parking. Other than that, the rooms were terrible, old and dated, much of the furniture was stained, and I was quite afraid of the possibility of Potential bedbugs. I also believe that their charging policies are indicative of that which might be deemed as demographic, profiling and predatory.

Overall, this property is poorly maintained and completely unacceptable. The condition of the room and the lack of basic working amenities reflect very poor property management. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

Decent hotel if your standards aren’t too high and just need a semi clean place to lay your head for a night. PROS: close to the freeway, accessibility to a few restaurants, friendly staff. CONS: needs work on cleaning and repairs, inadequate fitness facility. In short, management needs to invest a few dollars on the upkeep. The hotel gave off a low budget dirty feeling with the dated/dirty carpet, ice machine with exposed ice, and obvious paint cover ups. Thank god I didn’t see any bugs or this would have gotten a 1 star

I checked in, then immediately checked out. The place does not look like the pictures at all. It felt dirty and I just couldn’t stay there
