Motel 6 Lansing, IL - Chicago South

It was horrible the amenities were horrible not clean shower curtain half broken nothing like the pictures nothing like the pictures on the website hallways stunk so badly 2 staff members were nice that was it never again i had stuff missing from my room no one could be liable due to policy very shady

Decent rooms

Good

Mattress was hard and lumpy, there were bugs, drywall destroyed in bathroom and the room smelled overwhelming of deordorizer

It was cool. It definitely was what in needed at the time.

The building is full of ROACHES

I did no enjoy my stay at the Motel 6 in Lansing… it was horrible.. They have people sitting out on the stair well all times in of the morning, trash was all over the floor leading to my room not to mention the room across from me had a stinch of something rotting . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.. They need to be investigated

Room was okay wasn't happy that it had no microwave or refrigerator

Although the staff was helpful when we asked to switch room the bed was uncomfortable and the toilet was leaking from the bottom onto the floor

Bad service Nothing

The location was great. Conveniently off the expressway It’s smelled of urines soon as you enter the premises, the carpets make you not to walk on them with your shoes on

Nothing wouldn’t even stay I left In a terrible neighborhood looks like a drug hotel nasty mattresses, leaning on the outside by a broken back door I should’ve known when the maître D was behind an inch and a half thick glass was not the place to be

How clean it was There was no staff to really help when needed

I checked in and checked right out due to room smelling like cigarettes. Hallway was dirty. I asked for funds back

I went by ambulance to the hospital and they through away all my belongings and my husband's ashes in a dumpster the very same day

Thr bed was fairly comfortable. Where to start...the hallway smelled like dog. The floors in our room was sticking and when I walked to the bathroom barefoot, my bottom of my feet turn black with crud. There was only 3 pillows on the bed and when we asked the front desk for another one, she said they didn't have any extra. We had to go to Walmart to buy another pillow and slippers. The mini fridge didn't work, but they did bring a replacement. Only one plastic chair for extra seating, no microwave or coffee maker. The windows were dirty and the windowsill was moldy and showed water damage. The bottom sheet on the bed had a big hole, presumably a cigarette burn. Mold and water damage on the ceiling. The curtain was filthy and coming down. The flooring was damaged in a few areas and a chunk was missing in one spot. The most concerning thing was when my boyfriend saw a cockroach in the bathroom, but couldn't get a picture.

I have been staying overnight there for the past 4 months maybe they have roaches and bedbugs plus no refrigerator or microwaves in rooms
