From the moment we walked through the front doors, I was horrified. The carpet in the lobby and hallways was absolutely filthy. I have never seen hotel carpet in such poor condition. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and made an awful first impression. Unfortunately, the room was even worse. Everything was outdated, worn out, and visibly dirty. There were stains on the bed, stains on the upholstered chair, and the carpet in the room was just as disgusting as the rest of the hotel. Instead of being able to relax, I spent the entire stay wondering how clean anything actually was. To make matters worse, the customer service was incredibly frustrating. We booked a room that sleeps four people, yet we were given only two sets of towels. When we asked for enough towels for everyone in our room, we were told we couldn't have any additional towels until we turned in the dirty ones. I've stayed in countless hotels over the years and have never experienced something so ridiculous. If a room is designed for four guests, it should be stocked accordingly. The entire property feels neglected. It doesn't just need updating, it needs a deep cleaning from top to bottom. I took pictures because I honestly couldn't believe what I was seeing. If you're considering staying here, do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. There are far better options than

This place was bad from the beginning if you reserve your room online once you arrive at the property they still require you to pay a $100 deposit the lobby is the only place that looks like the photos the carpet is nasty the walls are nasty this place was just overall bad

The rooms have roaches. The carpet in the hallways desperately needs to be replaced. The staff don't sweep or mop in the rooms. Walking from the shower to the bed the bottom of my feet were black. The breakfast consisted of waffles and cereal. Please whatever you do don't stay at this hotel.

This was one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy from the moment we walked in. There were visible liquid stains and substances dripping down the headboard. The loveseat had white stains all over it. There was ketchup smeared on the walls and floor. The bedding was stained and clearly not properly cleaned. The bathroom smelled strongly like sewage. This wasn’t just “a little dirty” — this was unsanitary and unacceptable. It felt like the room had not been cleaned at all before our arrival. Or ever for that matter! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that values basic cleanliness. I took video but it doesn’t allow me to upload. But i attached pics hopefully that is helpful! I’m honestly questioning how this place is allowed to operate under these conditions.

i did not stay long enough to have breakfast.

Interior colours are pleasantly up-to-date, for the most part. Shower stall floor was a bit on the slippery side. Did not have breakfast since it was minimal. Did not hear any traffic noise that could have kept me awake. Did hear people talk in the adjoining room after midnight. The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean. The room was spacious. I was glad I could actually turn off the A/C. It's conveniently close to the highway.

The staff was very nice at check-in. When getting into the room, the hallways were dim, unclean, and loud music was playing that you could hear throughout the hallway once inside the room there was urine in the toilet. The floors were dirty. The bed was not made, and the lamp shade was broken when attempting to call the front desk about these conditions the phone didn’t work as well.
